Read moreI asked for Spanish Late and lemonade. I literally spelled every letter in my name yet the cashier wrote it wrong and when I said that’s not my name, she skipped me and went to the next person. The window lady who gave me the coffee was too irritated to say my name. When I stepped forward and asked if this was my order she just node with her head implying yes😆 I said I was just making sure this is for my name. She ignored that and kept going. The real feel temp was around 95 degrees. They filled the lemonade with ice cubes that melted within seconds. The two lemonades tasted like water. I am writing this review because this is not the first time this has happened. (The other time was another male barista too).
%Arabica is a Japanese coffee brand. Japanese business/company = excellent service. And what an employee shows is a reflection of the company's reputation and image. But with what I experienced earlier today, I am disappointed that this location did not live up to the expectation. I've been to at least 5 other locations outside the US and I've never encountered such substandard customer service.
The female barista was wonderful. The Kyoto Latte she made was such a delight. But even though I enjoyed my coffee, the unpleasant experience with the male barista left a bad taste...
