Read moreI heard about CBS Television City, it was also home of The Price Is Right. I love watching The Price Is Right everyday, because its my favorite game show, and I wish that I would be a contestant someday to come up on stage to play anyone of the classic pricing games. My favorite pricing games are Bonus Game, Bullseye, Grand Game, It's In The Bag, Plinko, Grocery Game, Now And Then, Safe Crackers, Race Game, Hole In One, Cliff Hangers, Secret X, Danger Price, Squeeze Play, Range Game, Pick A Pair, Dice Game, and of course Rat Race. I been watching The Price Is Right after all these years, it was so sad because Bob Barker is already retired, he became the president of the ASPCA Animal Foundation. I also remembered the famous announcers of The Price Is Right, the first announcer from the 70s and 80s was Johnny Olson, and he shouts out and says Come On Down! You're the next contestant on The Price Is Right. Johnny Olson died of a heart attack in the summer of 1985, it was so sad because Bob Barker is also a good friend of his. The second announcer whose taking Johnny Olson's place is the famous Rod Roddy, who used to announce Press Your Luck for three years back from 1983 all the way until 1986. I also remembered The Barker's Beauties that was seen on the show so many times, the original models are Janice Pennington, Kathleen Bradley, Holly Hallstrom, Chantel Dubay, Diane Parkinson, and Kyle Aletter. The new star who is taking Bob Barker's place is the famous comedian Drew Carey, he was the funniest man in the world. And the new models on The Price Is Right are Amber Lancaster, Gwendolyn Osborne, Rachel Reynolds, and finally the new male model is Jimmy O'Halleran. My favorite model is Amber Lancaster, because I have a souvenir photo of her. I remembered the other game shows which was located at CBS Television City, the names of shows are Match Game, $100,000 Pyramid, Child's Play, Card Sharks, The New Family Feud, Now You See It, Press Your Luck, and of course Tattletales. These game shows was seen from way back in the 70's and 80's. I hope I can visit L.A. to come and see The Price Is Right in person, because CBS Television City is the best TV studio...
