The room was frustratingly close to being one of our favorites. The decor was some of the best we've seen, and many of the puzzles were unique and interesting. However, two things caused us significant problems. Three different puzzles didn't work the first time. One didn't work at all, the other two required "jiggling" to get correct solutions to register. That would have been easier to overlook if the games master had been attentive. But he was managing two rooms at the same time (never a good idea!) so he simply didn't notice. At one point, he sent a hint to try doing the very thing we'd spent several minutes trying to get to work, so we tried again, still didn't work, at which point he said "Well, I guess that's not working" and remotely (presumably) enabled the next puzzle. At the end of the room, we never found out our time, there was no offer of a photo, the games master simply disappeared into his room to help the other game. So that made for an odd end to the experience. With a great, single-room-focused GM, I think this would have been an excellent experience.
