Over the past year, we have experienced nothing but an ongoing battle after making our purchase. While in the store, we received great service and we were thrilled to find a dining set that we loved. After purchasing, we experienced poor communication, ongoing delays, and confusing guidance. We all know delays can happen, but Mor pushed our delivery outside of the agreed upon window. When we expressed our concern, they merely said it happens. While this was concerning, the most frustrating part was the communication. The only way we knew what was going on was when we reached out to Mor (if there was a delay, our tentative delivery date, updates in general, etc.). There were several times that Mor staff said they would follow up with us with information and answers to our questions, but failed to do so. We finally got our items delivered, and a few months later, our bench broke. We initiated the process of getting a replacement as we purchased the warranty and so begun another round of poor service. After speaking to a rep, they told me they would send me a text to gather more information, but they did not. I had to reach out again. When I finally received the text, I instantly sent the information and they did not reply. I followed up after 10 days and they have a brief acknowledgement of receiving my photos. I asked what would come next and they did not reply. THREE MONTHS later I followed up again as we had heard nothing. At this point the rep apologized and gave up more insight about what was happening. They were also able to get us scheduled for a delivery. Today they showed up for a delivery and due to the gaps in their communication, we were not able to receive our bench. I’m again working with them to navigate this issue, and the rep has assured me they will advocate on our behalf, but I’m skeptical and very tired. This experience has fallen very short of my expectations. I would highly recommend reconsidering the choice to be a customer with Mor.

Read moreUpdated 1 year later: Purchased several furniture items from them last year with the extended warranty (table, 8 chairs, couch, recliner, coffee table, buffet and hutch). The first delivery attempt three items were damaged and had to be replaced; they tried 3 times to deliver broken furniture to us before we had to cancel two of the pieces. The table had a couple of very small nicks in it, but it wasn't a big deal and if things like that happen the extended warranty would cover it. A couple of months later we ended up having to cancel the couch and recliner because they could not get them in stock. Now exactly one year after the table was delivered the veneer is chipping and peeling, and Mor will not fix it. We were told by Mor that the warranty was initially entered by the associate incorrectly, then later voided off the entire transaction when we cancelled the couch and recliner. Now they won't do anything to fix the failing finish on a table that's only one year old. Terrible customer service, and products, do not use them!
Updated: The staff in store are exceptionally friendly and helpful, good quality of furniture, and the buying/financing process was quick.
The furniture was delivered today, and 3 out of the 4 items were damaged or broken. The hutch and buffet are scratched, one of the doors didn’t close properly so the delivery guy used his drill to bang the pin mostly back into place; the drawers don’t open unless you use excessive force; and the hutch doesn’t sit flat on the buffet and the back isn’t seated right. The coffee table has a broken wheel. The delivery guys were in and out quickly, told me to call Mor to get a service technician out to fix the furniture, and left before I had a chance to finish inspecting all the furniture and reject the broken pieces. I called Mor to schedule a service tech, and spent 30 minutes on hold, just to find out that no one could come out for 3 weeks, and if they can’t repair them they’ll replace them. He was super attentive and accommodating showing us exactly what we were looking for, not missing a beat on informing of us details of the furniture we were looking at with enthusiasm. That kind of genuine service isn’t so easy to come by sometimes! The best part of the visit was the performative fabric. He sealed the deal when he showed us the water gliding off the fabric samples of the couch we wanted. The store is also a gem, the prices are a steal with a nice selection of furniture. I mean right away I saw something I liked! Thanks for a smooth and fun experience Mark!

UPDATE: It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone with the main company number and the local number transfers you to the main company number. That is a HUGE red flag. Even on the company's site, they give you the option to have them text you, they send you a text saying they'll send a text shortly AND THEY NEVER DO. This level of customer service coming from corporate is a HUGE BIG FAT RED FLAG. I get through the menu, press 3 for customer service, wait for 30 minutes for someone to answer and then end the call! I have to update our delivery address before our move in June 14th! We emailed our salesman with no response back. Somebody needs to immediately rectify this or I will be updating my review and removing stars. This is ridiculous.
