There are 3 parks together, which are all beautiful. The city of Manitou Springs is adorable, with unusual things sprinkled throughout. The river runs around the park area with a small, lovely, and refreshing trail to walk with the dogs. The town is very dog friendly. There are spring fed fountains around, one of which is at Seven Minute Spring Park, people were filling jugs of water to take home. The water is cold, has a subtle mineral taste, and is easy drinking. The other springs have a much stronger manganese taste and are less pleasant to drink from, even though the others have more effervescence.
