Been to this place a dozen or so times. Let's start with the positives. It has a cool atmosphere and set up. They are at the south end of Manitou which makes them easy to get too. It's a fun place to come and casually look.
Unfortunately there are a few negatives. The biggest one would be the smell. It has a very pungent cat urine smell. It was not always like that, but the past year it has been there and my kids don't even want to come in the store with me due to the smell. The other downside is that their selection of comics is pretty low for both high grade stuff and back issues. Understandably they are a small shop in a small crowded area, so work with ya got.
