A Manitou Springs Gem You Can’t Miss!!

I cannot recommend this place enough!! I’ve been twice now. Once in September or 2024 and the other in November of 2024. Both times were unforgettable. The owner is one of the kindest, people I’ve ever met. You can feel the love, pride, and hard work he pours into every part of the business. It feels so good supporting someone who truly cares about what they do and treats every customer like family. (He even remembered me the second time I visited, which completely blew me away!)

The sweet pistachio crepe I had on my first visit was absolutely phenomenal. Perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and so flavorful. On my second trip, I tried both a savory and a sweet crepe and they were equally delicious. You can’t go wrong no matter what you order. I’ve also had the ice cream on both visits and it was delicious.

This place is so welcoming and cozy, and you can really tell this is a labor of love. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, don’t miss this spot. It’s more than just a place to eat — it’s an experience that makes you feel good inside and out.

LATIN COMMUNITY ATTENTION DONT COME HERE. I’ve worked in customer service especially restaurants. And I make sure to treat every single human being with respect kindness and compassion. You will not find that here. I’m not sure if it was the owner but it’s was a man around his 50s doing everything else but taking my order. I asked him with excitement if he had the creme brûlée crepe since I only saw a picture of it and couldn’t find a menu . He looked ticked off and offended, I don’t know if it was my ethnic look or the fact that I asked a ridiculous question. Any ways he got so grumpy he ignored and stared at me and my family started decorating his “fancy” shop instead of asking us questions or even acknowledging us. Regret even walking in I felt so disappointed and embarrassed. I can go on in on but honestly...

Fantastic ice cream place, maybe my new favorite in Colorado Springs! The ice cream was super high quality, we got the brown sugar cinnamon and mint chocolate bark flavors. The brown sugar cinnamon was super creamy and had an incredibly intense, almost browned-butter flavor that was to die for. As for the mint ice cream, you could taste that it was made with real mint leaves and was the first mint ice cream that I have actually enjoyed (I didn't just enjoy it, I loved it!). The owners were some of the nicest people ever, they talked with us about their store and their back stories. They let us try a couple of flavors and answered all of our questions.
