Super disappointed with one of the employees. The owner made us feel so great and we vibed and bonded over so much and I purchased a mystery bag from her store. Came back because the mystery bag provided me a free option to get my ornaments personalized (literally had a card to prove this along with my receipt) came into the store and waited in line patiently and at my turn the employee was so rude towards me, rolling her eyes and angry that I requested my families names personalized when it’s literally her job? I called her out on it and explained she had no business being rude towards me when I haven’t done anything to which she rolled her eyes more and claimed she had too much coffee and was busy from “tourist” how is that my problem? Let alone how is that an excuse for poor customer service. Immediately disappointed in this altercation especially compared to the first time being so magical. My family and I pick out a new ornament here every year (6 of them) Staff is always polite and friendly, helping with selection and wrapping your ornaments. This year I inquired about getting an ornament I purchased elsewhere (last year) written on. The cashier was super friendly when responding that he wasn’t sure and that he would go to the back and ask the owner as they ate the only one that can make that call. He seemed reluctant to let me know that he was unable to write on it. Even though I was spending $40 on ornaments. Bad business if you ask me.
