Culver’s — Restaurant in McDonough

This was completely horrible service. I ordered the order online and when I went to pick it up first we were missing fries all the staff had an attitude from the beginning once we asked about our missing fries. I then went home and noticed that my deluxe burger was made wrong as well as my onion rings was extremely hard. I called First to let them know that my food was made wrong and the manager informed me to bring the food back and that she would remake it. Once I got there she opened my burger and said what was wrong there was no lettuce and a bunch of mayonnaise and I told her look at it That’s not what I ordered she said it’s lettuce on there I asked her to make my order over. As they are remaking my order there’s two young ladies in the back which are the cooks that are rolling there eye as if they are mad that they have to make the burger over.Once The burger is done the young lady grabbed my bag which had my fries and onion rings in them and threw it away. I asked her could she remake my fries and onion rings and the cook said no.At this point I’m upset because the whole store full of unsupervised kids Including the store manager had a attitude about remaking the food that they messed up. It was very unsanitary for her to ask me to give her the burger back then open my food and say it’s lettuce on there as if now I’m still going to eat the food you opened. I have never in my life experience this type of horrible service.I will never in my life eat from here again.And the staff is extremely rude and just the lack of care for guest...

Omg first visit and the worse! Waited almost 5 minutes before the cashier asked us if we wanted help. He still didn’t ask I had to ask him if he was taking orders. Mind you we were the only customers there. Once we got our food our order was incomplete. I ordered 2 scoops I only got 1. Cashier says he didn’t charge me because he thought I wanted 1 scoop split with chocolate and vanilla, when I specifically told him 1 chocolate scoop and 1 vanilla scoop. The manager said it’ll be an up charge, ok no problem. The young lady that made my ice cream hesitated to make it again until she see me pay, I told her my food was getting cold she needs to make my ice cream. Sat back down only to realize the fries I ordered and paid for were not on my tray. The cashier walked to the dining room to see for himself if I had actually gotten them. We walked back to the counter and he grabbed the bag of fries that stayed in the fryer the longest. They were burnt so I asked for a different bag. Finally got to enjoy my food. Wasn’t bad, besides the customer service from young adults. I don’t know if they were “high” or just tired but they definitely need a crew meeting! Oh and not to mention the restroom needed...

Tried this spot out for the first time today. Had passed here several times, but saw a YouTube segment that said it was one of the better places to get good fast food burgers and fish sandwiches. I took my Mom there cause she loves a good piece of fish. Nice decor and clean, opwn seating environment. She had the North Atlantic Cod dinner with fries and a side salad, and it came with a dinner roll as well.. I had the North Atlantic Cod Sandwich Value Basket, that came with fries and a drink. I also got 2 of the Buffalo Chicken Tenders to try out. Food came out quick. The portions were good for the price, and the food came out hot, and everything was fresh. Lots of choices when it comes to sauces and dips, and even though they are a few cents extra, the sizes are good. You can tell the staff was trained well in service, as even if it wasnt their paticular register or station, they acknowledge you and ask if they can help. I have to come baxk to try a burger and a shake, and this will definitely be a new hangout spot when I feel for some quality fast food, or want fo take Mom out for a little outing.
