BEWARE! If the male manager/owner is not there, DO NOT eat here unless you want to risk being MISTREATED. We will NEVER go back based off our last two negative experiences that you can read about below. SHORT STORY (from our second to last visit): #1. waitress tried to blame my husband for the woman's HAIR he FOUND IN his FOOD and didn't really want to do anything about it. LONG STORY (from our last visit): #2. I was legit HUMILIATED by a group of about 5 or 6 waitresses (including the head lady in charge that day, Ms. ALBA, and our waitress that we normally ask for by name, LOOSE P.) all piled up by the back left table near the register laughing, whispering, and staring directly at me. Come to find out, it was all because I asked for more salsa! Lol Alba comes over to tell me that I will be charged per salsa if any of us ask for anymore. I was very thrown off. (All the waitresses were STILL glaring watching this conversation) I told Ms. Alba that we are regulars and that I've never been treated this way over asking for more salsa any other time! There were 3 of us at the table with 1.5 basket of chips left with no salsa refills being offered unless we pay more. Our bill altogether would have been well over $60, so it was not like we were abusing the chips and salsa they offer (which I'm sure is factored into the menu prices that we all are already paying for anyhow). I explained to her that I didn't want to share with my little one because he's messy and sometimes nasty on top of having a runny nose that day. She didn't care. I asked for the manager. She said he was not there. I asked who was in charge. She pointed at herself. I said she needs to show me on the menu where it states the information she's sharing with me. She walked away without any response. I eventually asked waitress Magali P. to send Alba back to our table. We got tired of waiting for her and got up to leave only to find Alba at the exit, telling us goodbye and to have a great rest of our day. LOL At that point... it was not in my best interest to speak...
Read moreOn Saturday Oct 24th, my family and my fiancée relative and family went to this restaurant to eat and enjoy ourselves. Nice establishment. We were kindly seated by a hostess. Waitress took our drink orders and brought out chips and salsa. About 25 mins into sitting and about to order our specialty drinks and food. The manager came out and ask can we move to another location. Manager told us that it was reserved for a party of 14 people. At this point we looked at the lady and said why do we have to move for a party when the hostess or your establishment did not reserve or even marked out the seating for the party. So we ended up having to move with our children to tables that was literally on a slanted slope with the corner not covered that I personally sat in and got rained on... Manager was being an disrespectful telling us are we gonna be mad if so then let me know now and antagonizing us. My Fiancée relatives told her she wasn’t being considerate nor did not care that she forced us to move. Manager did not care about how we the paying customer would feel. Manager disrupted her other customers peace and social distancing. When we decided we was gonna leave, some ladies stopped us to allow us to move back to our location. We stopped and talked to the ladies who sat across from us and the lady agreed that manager did not handle it in professional way. Ended up not using our table where we first sat at. Then while my fiancée was talking to the ladies and the manager came all the way from inside and put hands on my fiancée. It’s COVID, manager has no right to put hands on customers. When my fiancée responded told manager not to put hands on her. Manager kept antagonizing and disrespecting us. We eventually left. Worse experience and will not come back. If that person was the owner, that’s no way to treat customers. If your not the owner then corporate needs to fire you...
Read moreI would absolutely not recommend anybody go to this restaurant. Like honestly where do I start. Upon arrival, it took a long time for us to get our drinks ordered, and then it took another 15 minutes for them to get to the table, including our alcoholic beverages. Once we got our alcoholic beverages we placed our order. Three of us order fajitas and one order steak tacos. Not to mention, we had a baby with us and his mom ordered him some enchiladas. Once we got our food none of the fajitas were steaming or hot! They were cold! You could touch the food with your hands and it was barely room temperature. The baby was the last to receive his food after we asked three times about where his food was. The steak tacos had absolutely no flavor at all! At that point we had to ask for the manager and her response was “well, do you want me to just take it back and heat it up?” As soon as I said something about the steak tacos having no flavor, the managers response was then “NO FLAVOR?!? How can you say that there was no flavor!” Her response was absolutely horrible especially coming from someone who works in customer service. Absolutely unacceptable! After she proceeded to say other things, I was done with the conversation & told her to not even worry about it. As soon as she asked my friend about her steak tacos, my friend then proceeded to say “I’ll pay for it, don’t worry about it.” The manager goes “well good!” That was the be end of our conversation! Instead of taking our food to the kitchen and fixing the issue… they just wanted our money it feels like. One of the people in our group has been going here for years and said it had never been so bad and she was embarrassed to have brought us there. We will absolutely not be returning to this...
