I would like to start off by saying that this store has always been my go to for my beauty needs . But today was a different experience. As you all see I purchased remy blue 12 inch 1b hair and a 14 inch 2b. I made my way to the counter and before checking out I noticed that the hair did not reflect a price tag . I flipped the hair over there was a tag on the sensor that said 3.99. I informed the cashier politely that the hair reflects 3.99 and she should honor the price reflected. The cashier tells me no she can't do that . I then asked for the supervisor on duty . The supervisor on duty said the same thing . I then asked for the manager over the staff . The young lady called a female by the name vashti . I'm assuming that's the spelling but I might be wrong. The young lady tells me that it was an error on their part but she still can't honor the price because the price was reflected on the sensor and not the hair . I'm a business office mangers I deal with consumers all day . The first thing I asked myself why is that business rather argue with customers over $11 oppose to just offering the mistake and saying we do apologize we will work on properly tagging merchandise but today we will honor the price . Losing a customer that spends hundreds of dollars yearly in this store obviously isn't accounted for . As a business owner the guest experience is what keeps the doors open which creates repeat business . Business suffer when customer service lacks . I will no longer shop at this beauty supply store due to this incident this evening. Lastly it's unprofessional to have cashiers ringing up customers with bonnets on their heads and head phones on the ears listening to music . Read moreI came to this location on a whim and only pop in from time to time because the prices are rarely listed and it’s not really organized. Today 8/14/25 at about 12:40 pm all over the hair bow section were signs stating hair bows and beads and things were buy 1 get 1 free so I picked up quite a few and some other items. I go to checkout and the items are not ringing b1g1. I ask the cashier and she said she wasn’t sure if the about a particular bow was on the sale but others were. She went to the bows to look at the sign but also texted her manager to ask. When she came back she told me that her manager informed her none of the bows were on sale b1g1 anymore and they would all be full price so I didn’t buy anything even the other stuff I picked up. I feel like the sign in there store should have been honored because it was not dated and still up. If the sale needed whenever that may have been the signs should have been taken down the night the sale ended when the store closed. At the very least if the sale ended yesterday they could have been taken down this morning. This store opened at 9 a.m. in over 3hours nobody had time to rip the paper down. An employee could have done that walking pass. For me it’s the principle so I didn’t give them any of my money and will go somewhere else pick up the same items and give it to someone else. Read moreMy experience with this US Beauty Mart store return policy is terrible. I didn't have a paper receipt but I still paid with a card method. I was still within the 14 days. I purchased my hair September 14th, 2023 today is September 27th, 2023 all I wanted to do is exchange the hair. The hair never been open never been used. If I would have went to a bigger store they would have been able to pull up the transaction with any method of cards I use. This store needs to keep up with the times everything is electronics. Customer service with Keetah she's supposed to be a store manager very unprofessional she didn't even try to see if she can try to help me at all. I gave this store a one star. I should have went to the one in Fayetteville Beauty more organized more professional. All those girls didn't even knowledge me inside the store. I took my time before I left sit in my car and do a review they need more training with their customer service and return policy. People don't usually keep their receipt we are in 2023 everything is electronics if you have the proof on your phone or card method that you made a purchase at that store it should never be an issue.
