One of the owners got in my face and literally tried to pick a fight with me today after I told him that refusing to mount tires at 5:09pm (they close at 5:30 and were doing nothing at the time) that I had driven a total of 40 minutes after work to get to them was a terrible way to treat a long-term customer. This place is family owned, yes, but only a couple of the family members are decent people. There are at least 2 of the rudest, laziness people you'll come across in business. They ares simply riding the coattails of their siblings/father who never would have treated customers in such a vile way. Absolutely appalled by the attitude of one who starting bragging about how they'd been in business so long and then basically told me that I was a terrible customer because I just "used" their mounting/balancing service instead of purchasing tires from them. Are you kidding me!? #1 don't offer a service if you hate the customers who use it. #2 I tried previously to buy the tires I need through you and you couldn't get them for me. This place is TERRIBLE. Horrific customer service. Appalling. There was literally 4 people behind the counter and I stood there while they stared at me for an awkward 2 minutes until the girl actually welcomed me like a human being. I'd stay far away from place. And yes, this review is true, and I'd defend it in a court of law, which is almost where we ended up today after one of the owners wanted to...
Read moreI have never been treated more unprofessional and with less respect by a business representative. A couple of years ago, I purchased 4 new Michelin tires for my truck at Thomason. Last week, I stopped to replace a single tire due to unusual wear. I really did not expect nor did I ask for any adjustment on the replacement, because I knew what the likely cause was. So I agreed to purchase a $360.00 Tire. They took it to the service bay. Then, for some reason someone named Rob approached me, not to talk, but decided to bark at me like a junkyard dog over my truck. When I tried to explain, he only became louder and ruder to me. He even told me the local Dodge dealer was lying to me when they said they were performing my tire rotations. After I let him know that I was just there to buy a tire and that I did not ask for anything, he walked away. I turned the other direction and said out loud to myself "WOW" At this time, he turned back to me and yelled at me from about 15 feet away "If you are unhappy, I can pull your truck out and you can head on down the road." I was never once rude or disrespectful to this person, yet he chose to be the opposite to me for ZERO reason! I have spent the last 48+years of my life in the Automotive Service Industry, as a Master Tech and Instructor. I can honestly say that I have never been treated with less respect that I was by Rob. ...
Read moreI have used them for years, today was the worst experience I have had from a local company, went in for a balancing and rotation. All seemed good when I left, got 15 miles down the road and heard a lot of grinding from my front tires, the weights from the balancing was hitting my brake calipers, the weights put a groove in my brake rotor, a deep groove in my wheel. I called in and they offered to send their on site repair tech and he came out started blaming the offset on my wheels, I have owned these same wheels for 8 years and never had this issue. I have also found marks in the tire that did sidewalk damage.
When their on-site tech called in and reported the damaged they blamed my truck brake caliper for a bolt coming out and they would not help me at all. Told me it was the fault of a bolt that has been installed on the truck for years with lock tight on but it magically comes out a few miles after they work on my truck and balanced the wheels wrong. I took it to another tire shop and they told me that balance was the wrong way to balance my after market wheels, now I get to decide if I want to spend $4000 to replace the tires and wheels are drive around with...
