We had lunch at Crossroads during the Farm & Gin show in the Convention center. Great location. Clean and nice restaurant. Food was tasty. Service was good. They unfortunately had a fire alarm go off in the Sheraton during our meal and we were asked to get up and go right after our food was served. Must have been a rule. We began to leave but then chose to take our plates out to the patio and they did allow that but unfortunately could not get any more refills on drinks nor to-go boxes so I did waste a lot of my meal. Not their fault though.

I am beyond disappointed to the point of angry that this terribly limited menu of breakfast food costs so much. We came here last year when we stayed at the Sheraton. I told my boyfriend, NEVER AGAIN, but here we are because he asked for breakfast instead of points. GRRR. Yogurt and berries is TWELVE dollars. I drink decaf and couldn't even get decaf because they don't usually make it. I wasn't going to have them make a huge carafe just for me. What an absolute waste of money and time. Stupid, stupid expensive and limited.

I wouldn't recommend the food, high price but low quality. I ordered the steak frites and it was the worst steak I've had in my life outside of a grade school cafeteria. Tough as saddle grade leather, the seasoning was nonexistent. If you look at the menu it has more alcohol options than food options so I have theory. They must want you to get drunk first so that you don't notice how bad the food is, if you stay at this hotel do yourself a favor and order delivery food.

15% in fees, a $3 to-go charge, $7 for the saddest crumbly 5 pieces of bacon I've ever had. The burger and Caesar salad were fine but $24. Stayed here for a conference, ended up just getting greek yogurt for breakfast. Every day, this was served differently. Last day, the portion size was tiny after having a generous size for 3 days. Service has been exceptionally slow today, and staff has varied between polite and short. Coffee was good. Many homeless people are wondering around...
