The attention to detail at The 1 Fitness is unmatched. Everything about this place is first class. The personal training, the atmosphere, the professionalism, the competitiveness, the vibes, the positivity, the leadership, the people, the overall experience... you name it, it's at The 1 Fitness. The classes are very complex; I would recommend any of the trainers. They are all top-notch. As far as the facility is concerned, when you walk in, it doesn't feel like Columbus, OH.
