Absolute horrible manager at the Mooresville location! She told me that her name was “C”. I received a massage from a friend with Massage Envy, and I called to schedule an appointment, as a first time customer. I made the appointment was never told about any policy about placing a card on file, in order to hold my appointment. I received a phone call a couple days after scheduling, telling me that they needed to have a card put on file in order to hold my appointment. . I was never explained the policy, so I simply asked the lady if they could send it to me or let me know where I could find this policy, (again, I’m brand new to this place and never been there before). I received no information and the woman said that she would just notate my account. Just a few minutes later, I received a phone call from the manager telling me that she was going to cancel my appointment if I did not put a card on file right then. Again, I asked where I could find the policy, before I felt comfortable giving them my card info, and once I read that, I was more than okay with giving her my information. As I’m telling her this, the manager kept cutting me off, as I was trying to speak and then continued to tell me that she was canceling my appointment if I didn’t give her a card to put on file. I am not sure if this manager was just having a bad day or what was going on, but this is not how you treat customers. I hope and pray that her day gets better and she doesn’t treat anyone else this way! I will gladly take my business to another location- as I picked this one because it was closest to me. Apparently, this is not the first time that the ladies here have treated customers this way. Sad to lose business over a simple fix! I just had the worst customer service and attitude I have ever received in my life from the girl, who refused to provide me with her name, in the Mooresville, NC store. I am flabbergasted at her lack of customer service/people skills. They wrongfully took $65 out of my account, which I had completed my 1 year membership last month, May.
I called to ask about it and explained how I need this refunded to me TODAY. This girl copped a huge attitude with me. She refused to give me her name and said that she refuses to help me. So I went to the store. Major attitude from the get go with her eye roll once I said that I just called 10 minutes prior! Because of how she reacted to me this developed into a huge incident which involved the cops! Had she only shown compassion and willingness to help, like agree to call her store manager, District manager, or even corporate (apparently no managers were on shift. Really?) and more importantly, not given major attitude and yell at me, none of this would occur.
Unbelievable! Customer service? Customer care? Non-existent. Hello! I gave them business for nearly 2 years! Even the cops thought them to be Ridiculous! So I'm banned from the store! Really? As if I would indulge in providing them business again anyway. Well my $65 return was not resolved. I called to ask about it an hour later. That same girl answered and told me I can't even call the store and hung up on me!!!! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Rude condescending unprofessional just a name a few descriptions of how this woman speaks to customers and provides what she feels is customer service! I would rather go to a different location and spend more money than go And give this location any of Of my hard earned money! I made an appointment Eight days ago told them that I was using a voucher that was given to me by another location for a friend I received A call the day before my appointment.After I had already confirmed the appointment to tell Me that the voucher was not valid at their location that my appointment would be an Unexpected $125! When I questioned the young lady on the phone about why I was not told that when I made the appointment and how waa that my fault she proceeded to pass the phone call over to the manager "C"! After explaining how I didn't understand how this was my fault. She proceeded. To explain to me and tell me that so because it slipped through the crack this one time what does that have to do with anything and Her solution at first was to cancel not one but two appointments for myself and the one I made for a friend versus coming up with a customer friendly solution that would resolve the issue for me and for Massage Envy! I'm sure the owners of massage envy wouldn't appreciate that they're manajer solution is to cancel a Appointments versus coming to a reasonable solution especially if the mistake was their faults. It's really a shame what customer service has come to as well as the lack of respect for people. I will be sure to let people know about this experience...
