Not a lot of breakfast spots on Ocean Blvd, this place came thru, not just because it's the only one...My boo and I went to Myrtle Beach for a quick two-day trip. I've been to Myrtle too many times to count in my days, but that's another story and not a review lol One thing that's aways for certain, you're going to want to sit down and eat a good breakfast before you leave, a tradition lol Most times, we would always end up at an 'ok' spot on King's Hwy just to end up saying "we had breakfast" lol
I'm thinking I always missed this place because of the location, it's kinda at the start of Ocean Blvd when you first start seeing hotels, which we tend to stay much farther down the strip. But so glad we found this place on our last stroll before leaving the beach. It was actually within walking distance of our hotel and the breakfast and service was really good! The waitress was from FL, very nice and had an interesting story she shared while we were there. It was the perfect place for breakfast before leaving. This place is much much better than some of those places on King's Highway so beware 👀 I'm big on breakfast/brunch so trust me, check this place out, right...
Read moreMy husband and I are breakfast people, so when we saw the Resturant we decided we would stop. We had not read any reviews and we were so so happy that we did not. We ate breakfast here two times and we were very pleased. The menu offers a great variety and on our first visit I selected the Olympic Breakfast, but opted for the blueberry pancakes. OMG, they were the best pancakes I’ve ever experience. The fresh (and I mean fresh) blueberries danced all over my taste buds and the pancakes were surrounded with plump blueberries as well. The pancakes are slightly sprinkled with powdered sugar. Upon request they will warm your syrup‼️ My husband had the Belgium waffles and he was pleased as well. On our second visit, I selected one of the omelets. I don’t recall the name, however it was huge, cooked to perfection with a slight golden color with two blueberry pancake. Again, it was a home run‼️ Did I mention the coffee? They put a pot on the table, it’s hot and the best tasting coffee ever‼️ Needless to say, on our next visit we will come back‼️Oh, the service was quick, friendly and attentive. They even have a local named “Hank” who bikes to breakfast…he’s friendly...
Read moreDelicious breakfast!! My husband and I found this cute little restaurant during an overnight visit to Myrtle Beach for our anniversary. We went for a walk from our hotel and found it.
The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive and the food is so good.
You can tell every thing is made from scratch. My husband ordered the 3 egg chorizo omelette with potatoes and a biscuit with coffee. I ordered half and half tea, blueberry pancakes, and a scrambled egg with cheese.
My husband said the coffee was so good it didn’t need anything added to it. His omelet had chorizo, tomatoes, jalapeños and cheese. It was so delicious. The potatoes were cooked perfect. His biscuit was crossed between a biscuit and croissant in flavor, nice and buttery and flavorful.
My scrambled egg was light and beat just right. My blueberry pancakes were fluffy and the blueberries were fresh. The tea was perfect.
I didn’t have to ask for a refill for my tea and the staff were all so friendly. The atmosphere was quiet and clean.
We will definitely eat there again!! I highly recommend it if you’re in Myrtle Beach looking for a good...
