We went on a Wagon Tour for my sister's 30th birthday! Our driver Stanley was such a nice guy and a good driver too - be sure to remember this is a legit trailer wagon being pulled by a tractor so it is not a smooth ride lol. Our bartender was Alisha and she was very kind. There were 6 of us in our party and 6 other girls our age for a bachelorette trip! I loved that they put all of us together since we were a similar vibe!
There's a few reasons I gave my review 4 instead of 5 stars.
Upon arrival, we were slightly confused on where to go and once we found the green door, it was hard to open. We actually thought is was closed and left to go grab food since we still had a couple of hours. Upon arriving the second time we had to tug on the door pretty hard so if you think it is not opening, just try a little harder. Alisha was very considerate about our music taste and allowed us to pick the music queue. We told her a song and it was next on our list!! She did great!! My sisters and I had previously been on the Pedal Tavern and their employee picked the best songs and only played like 30-45 seconds of it. I feel like it was nice to pick our own music but also would have been fun to just focus on dancing instead of picking each song. They seemed slightly unorganized and although the place is cute and there was a bar built in, you were not allowed to drink until you got on the wagon. My group sat around for 30 minutes inside since we arrived there early so that was silly. One of the drivers had also checked us in incorrectly so we had to be checked in a second time and show proof of our waiver. We also started a little after our scheduled start time. DO NOT TRY AND GRAB DINNER NEAR THE PLACE. Our group had an Uber drop us off there a couple of hours in advance and it was not a good decision on our part. It is located in an odd part of town so the only food around was at an Axe Throwing place down the road. We had to walk through a shelter of some sort and were approached by a few people on our way. I would recommend eating and whatever else before having an Uber take you there :)
Overall, we had a great time! The music was great, we drank, and danced the night away! The energy was also wonderful, but I will say I prefer the Pedal Tavern over the Wagon Tour! Hope this...
Read moreMy family and friends traveled 6+ hours to enjoy my youngest sisters 21st birthday. The party wagon was to be the beginning and highlight of the weekend.
I booked the private tour for my family and friends so that we could ensure everyone was comfortable and would enjoy themselves as we tour around Nashville. Nonetheless, the DJ and driver kept us entertained with their hospitality and music for the short 30 minute ride we had (no exaggeration necessary). It was very disheartening and disappointing to know that the ride had to come to an end due to a wheel-barring. What was even more upsetting was the fact that we had to provide our own way/transportation from the broke down wagon to either our destination (which was downtown) or back to the office where a few of our cars were. The other wagons that this company provides were booked for the night so that was out of the option. Therefore, We had to risk the fact that an Uber/Lyft/Taxi would or wouldn’t allow the rest of our open liquor that was carried in our hands due to the wagon’s “no personal cooler” rule. Let’s just say- there was a lot of money and liquor wasted.
We did get the option of postponing the ride another day but at an earlier time or getting the full-refund. It was a no-brainer that we chose the full refund because we had plans for the next day and this was the start to a 21st Birthday weekend that had terribly gone wrong. When I asked for the full refund the receipt was sent to my email within less than 1 hour.
It was quite embarrassing seeing the plethora of party buses/wagons drive by our broke-down wagon as we await transportation. There should definitely be a contingency plan put in place for occurrences like this. Perhaps, the company should have a van or shuttle to provide a ride back to their office when events like this happen so groups can continue on with their night. It should not have been our responsibility to provide and pay for transportation for 15+ people from the broke down wagon (with their open-alcoholic beverages) when we were nowhere near our...
Read moreVery disappointed this time around! The first time we did this 5 years ago my husband and father had a great time! This time was different... the driver was not friendly and the bartender didn’t do much. The last time we went the bartender was showing us sites as we drove through Nashville and playing amazing songs. Songs played were so/so we had to request most of the other ones and they drove in what felt Like circles for 1 1/2. Every other party bus we drove past was having way more fun! Also the speakers on the back on the wagon didn’t work so whoever was on the back could not hear the music. We asked the bartender about it and we were told “yeah you got the worst tractor!”. At the beginning of the ride we were told if everyone on the tractor wanted to be dropped off in downtown they could do so but if it wasn’t agreed by everyone on the tractor (there were 3 groups) we would all have to be dropped off their pick up location. My group wanted to be dropped off downtown but the second group did not so we kindly agreed to be dropped off back where we begin the ride and Uber back into downtown. More than halfway through the ride the they allowed the third group off downtown without offering us that option. We went in January so it was on the colder side after the ride was over we were rudely told not to bring open containers in their pick up location . Not as issue we understood that but was not kind about it. Finally as we were waiting for all of our friends to go the bathroom the next group was arriving and we were very rudely asked to wait outside as they don’t want both groups waiting in the same area. It was really disappointing! I will never do this tour again like I said their are so many there and I would pick any of them Over this one!...
