I am torn on the overall review. The Morning staff was fantastic, polite, attentive, nice and very accommodating, food came out quick and was good....the Evening staff ruined it....RUN....Krista and Jonathan you hands down are the rudest, most unappreciative bar tenders I've ever seen. When a couple is having a private conversation no you don't get to interject and throw in your opinion. When you say to me "what comes around goes around", you have the worst customer service ever. When you put your hand up to me when I'm trying to order something and say..."Um I'm busy working on another table with a big order." As if I'm not a customer and others are more important it is completely unacceptable! When a large group walks in and you both complain and say, "OMG do they not know we close in 30mins, were going to be here all night", it is not acceptable and Yes everyone sitting at the bar heard you both! You are in the customer service industry, if you don't like it get a new job. When you charge me 2x for the same drinks it's not ok and your response is, come back tomorrow, again it's not ok! Thank goodness the bar tenders on Broadway were amazing which is where we spent the rest of our time and $$ the rest of the week. Read moreDuring my recent stay at the Sheraton in downtown Nashville, I had the pleasure of visiting The Library Restaurant & Lounge multiple times—and the service truly made the experience memorable.
Karri was incredibly attentive and genuinely sweet. She not only remembered my unique drink order from the first night, but when I returned the following evening, she greeted me like a regular. She even let me know she’d be off the next day, but made sure her team would take good care of me—and they absolutely did.
The next evening, I sat at the bar, and without ever having served me before, Lorenzo already knew my drink order. That kind of communication and attention to detail is rare and speaks volumes about the staff’s dedication. JD also stood out with his friendly, attentive service, checking in to make sure I had everything I needed.
The warmth and professionalism of Karri, Lorenzo, and JD created a truly welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that the team at The Library takes pride in what they do. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in Nashville—thanks to the incredible staff who made me feel...
Read moreCame down for a nightcap 1/2hr before closing to take to my room and a very rude, almost obnoxious security guy would not let me in as he said they’re doing last call already. I said that I only wanted to take a beer to my room while the full bar of people still had full drinks and were easily going to be there for a while….but I couldn’t grab a beer in 30 seconds and leave. I would be less intrusive of a customer than anyone there. He would not let me talk to anyone else who gave him such instructions nor a manager. I get following instructions, but a complete lack of common sense or willingness to listen to a customer or ask a manager was frustrating.
