If you’re ever lucky enough to stumble into this fine establishment during the sacred hours of teenage labor, you may catch a glimpse of the legend Sebastian. (His names not sehasrian but I called him that) the 17-year-old food industry prodigy who’s balancing grease, customer service, and existential dread like a seasoned vet with a learner’s permit.
First off, the multitasking is elite. I watched this teen ring up a 3-item combo, drop fries, sip a Sprite, and mutter something about AP Calc homework—all within 45 seconds. That’s Michelin-star level hustle.
The customer service? Let’s just say it’s a perfect blend of Gen Z sarcasm and legally-required politeness. I asked how spicy the hot sauce was and got a response that started with “Bro, you might cry.” I did. Emotionally and physically. 10/10, no notes.
As for the food? It’s exactly what you’d expect from a 17-year-old who’s just trying to survive until clock-out. The burger was slightly sideways, the pickles were rebellious, and the soda had enough ice to sink the Titanic—but somehow, it all just worked. Probably because it was handed to me by a kid with a headset, a backwards visor, and the spirit of someone who has definitely seen things.
So here’s to you, young fryer king/queen. May your breaks be long, your customers be chill, and your manager never check the cameras.

Read moreAbsolutely disgusting. The photos show their “house dressing” as coming in a cup on the side, however this absolutely revolting sauce was dumped so heavily on my food it covered up the taste. I went back to the man on the truck and asked him to remake it with the sauce on the side and he said “uhhhm, its the menu.” Then he asked “can I just make you a falafel wrap instead, its easier.” And i said no but he insisted. He gave me a falafel wrap and fries when i had ordered the falafel gyro plate that came with rice, pita and veggies. Horrible customer service, horrible food, and overly expensive. I paid 55 dollars for someone to treat me like dirt and not give me what I ordered or what was actually in the photos on the menu. If you are the manager, Id really love a refund as i had to throw both plates of this really...
Read moreI would like to address some words to the owner of the food truck and to the workers in the food truck. Exploiting people and changing prices on holidays, this is called theft. The second thing is the service is very bad and the prices vary from time to time depending on the mood of the workers. They change the prices whenever they want. This is something strange. I hope that everyone does not buy from them because you will be exposed to theft and other things. I have never seen in my life a food truck that considers me as a customer for a small bottle of water at a price of $5. This is called theft and...
