I had researched places in Nashville to order a cake and Macaroons for my sister in law’s birthday prior to our trip and decided on D’Andrews because of the great reviews. I assure you I was not disappointed. I went there shortly after arriving in Nashville to order the birthday cake and was immediately impressed with the friendliness and customer service. The owner spoke to me personally and helped me decide on the cake, even offering a sample of one he was making which I ended up ordering it was SO good. D’Andrews turned out to be the best place in Nashville we found to eat breakfast and lunch, as well as grab a coffee and snack during our vacation. The coffee, fresh food and desserts were all so good, it quickly and easily became our regular place to go. Even the sandwich rolls are baked fresh on site. I could never imagine having dessert after breakfast until I walked into D’Andrews! Pizza was the best I’ve ever eaten anywhere, and I’ve travelled a lot of places. The birthday cake and Macaroons were so amazing we considered leaving our clothing and taking the cake as we flew home early the next morning, but reluctantly ended up just taking the macaroons with us only because the cake was fragile🤣I can’t say enough good about the food and customer service here. I believe D’Andrews will grow into one of the most popular places to visit in Nashville, and with...
Read moreVery disappointed especially after seeing all of the hype reviews! Here's why I am giving them 2 stars: 1. My warm sandwich didn't have the bread toasted-it was just warm and soft. Wish they would've asked if I'd like it toasted because what eatery doesn't toast bread with a warm sandwich? ( I wouldve asked them to of toasted it but I already took a bite) 2. The iced latte was not good whatsoever- the quality was not it especially considering how much you pay, def tasted like a DDs latte😪 3. The condition of the Cafe was HORRIBLE.The tables were not clean and probably haven't been cleaned in hours after plenty of people had sat there and left their crumbs/chunks of food naturally all over the table and there was shipping boxes all behind the tables and the trash cans were full 4. The price considering all of these things🫣 for 2 sandwiches, a latte and a pastry it was 40 bucks! Like okay I can handle the price but if I am going to pay that much at least clean my tables up for me and make the atmosphere more appealing. I do have to say if you end up going there to try the twice baked crosciant with cherry jam and pistachios-that was the only thing...

Large Iced Vanilla Latte 24 oz ($5.75): The $0.75 is the vanilla flavor. This was a solid vanilla latte that was still good even as the ice melted. It was well balanced, tasty, & perfect for our day trip. It
The D'onut ($5.25): It's a huge, soft sugar coated donut with a vanilla bean filling in the middle. The D'onut was not as sweet as I thought it would be and the vanilla bean filling was really good.
Braised Short Rib Sandwich ($12.50): You can choose how you want your egg done; I asked for sunnyside up. The egg was a bit salty but can be balanced out with the bun. They gave a good amount of short rib which was pretty good for a coffee/bakery shop. The short rib was not melt in your mouth soft like at a restaurant & has a few hard pieces around the edge but still good overall. The protein profiles dominated the sandwich taste but the pickle gave a slight acidity that goes well with...
