Baja Fresh — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

The Baja Fresh just reopened in the Vandy cafe. To celebrate they were giving out free quest with entree purchase and it tempted me. I ordered a steak quesadilla, watch them load it with the steak and requested toppings. When I get to the end of the line the employee first tries to give me a bag with a burrito. I explained I had ordered a steak quesadilla. He gave me the charge slip for steak quesadilla and a box with a quesadilla in it. I walked the 10 minutes back to my office to find a chicken quesadilla in my box. Also they must’ve made so many chips in advance for the free promo that the chips were stale. This is a review for the location in Vanderbilt medical center. I only had a choice of chicken or ground beef as they did not have any of their other options available. I got a chicken burrito my husband got a naked burrito. Way too expensive. $20 for two items. I took one bite of my burrito and there was a huge 2 in chicken bone in my mouth. Okay that happens sometimes I understand. But the customer service sucked. They acted like I was asking way too much of them to let me exchange my chicken burrito for ground beef.
