Courtyard cafe — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

This cafe has slow, rude, lazy employees. I stood at the hamburger station for 10 minutes waiting for someone to get there. When the employee finally got there, he said, “what do you want?” With an attitude, like he was mad he had to do his job! Trash overflowing at lunch, every table was dirty, condiment station was dirty. Every employee acted hateful like they hated being there. Went back at dinner time and the trash had still not been taken from lunch rush and was really overflowing at this point. So, the next day, I went to Panera down the hall. Food was good but the employees there were also hateful and rude. When I walked up to the cash register to give the lady my order, she just looked at me, never said “what would you like” or how can I help you? Can I take your order? or anything! She just stared at me with a scowl on her face. Never saw any of them smile. All of their tables were dirty as well. Absolutely, the worst customer service and the dirtiest cafeterias I’ve ever...

Referring to the cafeteria in VCH, staff is very inattentive to customers, particularly if they are VCH employees. Arriving at 0630 today (14/26/2022), I approached the hot bar to order food. No one was there. One man sat at the register, and another woman, who I know saw me, picked up a rag and began to wipe down the cooler. I stood there for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging me and the 3 people lined up behind me, all employees who need to get to work and came to work early to eat prior to their shift. I walked away when I came to the realization that no one was going to come. Later, I was able to break away and get something from Taco Bell. Employees in at least the VCH cafeteria are rude, inattentive, and do not appear to like their jobs very much. I don't eat here unless I have no...

Breakfast: I bought a $14 omelette. That’s right, you read that right, a $14 omelette. They charge you 99 cents for each item you want in it, you also get charged $4 for the omelette. So buyer beware. Anyhow the egg wasn't cooked correctly, it was to wet. Also something tasted off to where my omelette tasted as if it had dirt in it.

Lunch/Dinner: Usually the food is ok and that’s as good as it gets. However, there is a pretty good variety of different food here. They have a sandwich bar, salad bar, soup section, taco section, main-line section, Chinese Food section, pizza bar, special meal section, a fast food style section, and a Starbucks.
