Woman who answered the phone was super UN-helpful and rather rude about it at that. Trying to get a new-baby arrangement sent to our coworker's wife. We totally understand there are Covid protocols in place, but it still shouldn't be this difficult -- Was told that they "close in 30 minutes and they stopped taking orders already. You'll have to call back tomorrow. And, because of Covid, you'll have to have them come pick up whatever you order." What??? she just had a baby - how the heck is she going to pick up her flowers? "Well, you'll have to call the nurse's station and have them come pick them up." What??? I'm the customer, I'm ordering from you, you're IN the hospital, presumably in the freakin' lobby and I have to make the call to the nurses to come get the flowers? I had to repeat to her as well due to the background noise, but she was less tacky in her repsonse back. Rude and loud...

I had already sent the patient balloons and a stuffed animal and asked if there was anything else I could send. Her response, “We don’t have anything else.” The first time I sent a gift, I called over five times before I actually got someone on the phone. If I could give less than one...
