I will NEVER, EVER shop at this location again! I LOVE Bath & Body Works, but I will shop online or any other location! First, I get its the semi-annual sale-Which is why I took the trip here..Upon arrival they only had ONE SCENT in the 75% off bins..I asked manager if they had any other scents, he told me NO..Yet everytime I turned around he was throwing different ones in the bin. As I was about to get online, he threw 5 sprays of the same scent in the bin-Which I loved so I was able to grab two. I get to the register, and the 2 i grabbed before I went online was not scanning. So the young lady at the register asked supervisor to get the price, while waiting she started scanning the other items i had. I asked her 3 times to enter my email and she kept telling me "At the end"..well at the end never came, she never entered it. Next, I gave her 2 different WORKING coupon codes, which the cashier next to her (NO BUSINESS BEING IN OURS WITH HER OWN CUSTOMER) Says "Those coupons arent available right now"..I said what does that mean? She stated they ENDED on the 24th when they actually STARTED on the 26th! So, I was unable to use my coupons. Last the cherry on top-Supervisor tells the cashier that the 2 sprays were 75% off, so they were $3.50 each-AWESOME! She rings them up, gives me my total, I give her cash, she enters it in, BAM draw opens, receipt prints...AS She's counting my change, All while I have the bag of purchased items in hand..The supervisor says "Those sprays are actually 50% off" So they're $7.50" The cashier goes-Oh, I have to charge you an extra $4 for each of the 2 sprays..AGAIN, My order was already done, So shouldnt they have honored what he originally said at this point? NOOOOO...They told me to either pay the $7.50 or they will refund me the $3.50 each spray!!! I was soooo upset, embarassed, wondering what did I do wrong to get treated this way? I was even told I was holding up their line when it wasnt ME holding the line up, but the supervisor who took 7 minutes to get a price the 1st time on the spray. I gave the 2 sprays back, I wasnt going to be treated that way and happily pay EXTRA $$!!!! It was a horrible, horrible experience. I plan on sending corporate an email about my experience, hoping this never happens to anyone else! And hoping I get at LEAST the value of what my coupons would have saved me! I never had a problem at any other location...and this was my LAST time stepping foot in this...
Read moreI went in tonight looking for Wild Madagascar Vanilla and Paris limited edition. A worker named Mario approaches me. I had a velvet sugar fragrance mist in my hand and he tells me it doesn't work, and that it's broken, but does so with a very rude and condescending attitude. Then he askes me what I'm looking for and I tell him Wild Madagascar Vanilla and Paris Limited Edition. He then once again with the same rude demeanor, tells me that they're gone. I asked nicely if they were going to get another shipment maybe in the morning again, and he snively laughed and said no, they're gone that's it. In addition to this encounter, the entire time I was walking around the store he's following me like I'm about to steal something, and I honestly felt very judged and singled out for no reason. The products are great but they need new workers. I came to buy not to get harassed and it ruined my experience. I recently got bad news on my health today and this was my only joy for today for him to make me feel more miserable. I ended up buying a cashmere glow perfume and the velvet sugar that wasn't working. I left this location with the intention of not returning due to the lack of proper, and respectful...
