Couldn't have possibly had a worse experience at this garage. There is more than one entrance and we ended up parking on a section that couldn't easily be assessed from the entrances closest to the water. We found stairwells to the garage blocked, elevators that wouldn't go to the level where we parked, and even a security guard who had no idea where our car was when I showed him a photo of the stairwell we exited from. We walked around for an agonizingly long time when we figured we might want to go out to the street and walk through the car entrance closer to Richmond Terrace, not at the bottom of the driveway. Then we found our car. By then our prepaid ticket wasn't sufficient and we had to pay an extra 5 dollars at the gate. I emailed the company and they never bothered to respond. I will never park here again, I'd rather walk past the shell of the Staten Island Wheel and park down there then deal with that nonsense again. Update: they replied to my message asking me to email them. Only problem is their email is broken. Just like their garage.

Pretty good parking location for commuters. Spaces are plentiful and it’s clean & safe. Can be a little slow to exit during rush hours since there’s only one entrance & one exit but overall it’s a good spot if you’re commuting or shopping. There are also free Electric Car chargers scattered throughout so that’s a big plus. The managers that run it also respond back to any concerns pretty quickly & even help during rush hour when the exit lane gets packed. Overall a good place.

I enjoy strolling through Empire Outlets and picking up little odds and ends. Cotton On used to be my favorite spot, so I was disappointed when it closed recently. However, I recently discovered the crepe truck near Shake Shack, and it was a delightful find! The matcha pineapple crepe paired with hot cocoa was absolutely delicious. Empire Outlets is definitely a cute spot for a solo date or a self-love/self-care day.

I paid for monthly parking with 24/7 access, but there’s no license plate recognition system in place of course. OK. I discovered that I needed to visit the office to gain parking access. They don’t give you any information about their operation hours. So, I went to the office, only to find it closed and the office manager absent. He had mentioned he would be there in 20 minutes, yet after waiting, the parking guards informed me he wouldn’t arrive until 12 PM. I called customer support to explain the situation, emphasizing that I needed to be at work by 12 PM and that I had already been forced to pay $50 for two days on top of the $265 I had initially paid. They advised me to call again when leaving the parking lot, promising assistance. However, upon trying to exit, I was instructed to just pay once more. The prospect of returning from work at midnight only to encounter such issues is absurd. I intend to attempt a refund, but catching the manager tomorrow seems unlikely since it’s Saturday. I plan to contact support again in...

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. This has been the worst experience of my life. This parking garage is open 24/7 yet the gate was locked at 11 p.m.? Explain that. There was a line of cars to exit and the parking ASSistance was ABSOLUTELY useless. The unprofessionalism and incompetence expressed by this facility is simply astounding. They kept telling me to “ use the right lane to exit” or would hang up on me instead of providing assistance. They would repeatedly ask me for my ticket number and full name instead of listening to my complaint of being unable to exit the garage to enter the street. The cops were called. Being stuck in a parking garage for 40 minutes was my own glimpse into what I perceive hell to be like. I will never willingly...
