SHADY SHADY BUSINESS PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM. All these positive reviews you see here are just people being bribed into writing them because they offer their patients free rewards, which is why most of these people leaving the reviews had only posted 1 review in their lifetime. I had came in for a visit back in February because my foot was bothering me and I thought I give this place a try since you can see the great reviews this place had, but I was not too impressed by the service they had provide. The staffs were friendly but the person I worked with didn't really asked about the pain and discomfort that I was experiencing on my foot, he was rather curious about my occupation and personal life. After he had finished massaging my foot, he gave me a couple exercises to do which I really felt like it didn't target the area on my foot that was in pain.
That was all I had to say about this place after my first visit and I told the receptionist that I do not plan on coming back. I did not plan on writing any review until months later, they reached out to me asking me to pay off my remaining balance. When I first arrived at this location, it was made very CLEAR to me that I only had to pay 90$ out of my own pocket because I still had remaining deductible and 90$ would be the final amount. However, 3 months later they decided to reach out to me saying I had additional fees that I was required to pay off and the 90$ I had initially paid was just an ESTIMATE. So my question was why was this not made clear on my first visit? Why couldn't you give me total amount from the start? If I knew the total was $129.29, I would probably have looked elsewhere. This place operates on very deceitful business practices and I would be very wary coming here if your insurance does not cover the whole session. Also, please be careful with all these positive reviews that were written for this place. I am sure some people have found this place helpful, but most people are writing these reviews to claim their free reward. I was given this offer too,...

I very rarely write any review but I think I have to do for this Physical Therapy. I got injury at Work. Over 500lb very heavy metal frame fell and crush on me. My Left Elbow is not broken but all muscle, tendon and others all mess up inside, A lot of pain and swelling, I went to hospital emergency. So workers' compensation come in. I was looking for Physical Therapy, to accept workers' compensation. hard to find to accept workers' compensation for Physical Therapy. Finally I am lucky to have found Energize Physical Therapy. Very glad I found this PT in Queens. After 3 month treatment, getting back 100% normal and back on track. No need medicine. They made me feel so comfortable, explained everything in details very well, so knowledgeable, educational and friendly, so professional skilled, have the best credentials. The office is beautiful and very clean. the location is very easy to get too. Also a very smooth process with insurance company. And using any major Languages. Most my favorite is easy flexible to schedule for an appointment. After injury about 3 weeks I went back to work with light job. But still needed to PT treatment. They open 7days and week days late hours. So I can go Saturday, Sunday and week days late hours. in weeks days, after I came back from job still I can go to PT at late hours. Sometime I went at Saturday, Sunday. I didn't need to cancel Job even oneday for PT. Also I didn't need to line up half day for PT. Most of time they are ready with real appointment. That was awesome. Overall, grateful with the treatment receiving at there. Exceeded my expectations and I was very impressed and satisfied. I would highly recommend anyone who needs PT treatments...
Read moreAt first, I was excited with a physical therapy clinic taking my insurance with amazing reviews. Everything seemed to check the boxes off initially as I booked my consultation appointment through ZocDoc. The office was even kind enough to call me to check my insurance and billing information.
When I got to the office in Flushing on Maple Avenue, I saw that the clinic had room dividers between patients. It's a small office, but physical therapy doesn't require much room from my experience.
The front desk staff was friendly and was always willing to schedule my follow up appointments for me. I had initially scheduled my consultation with Dr. Lam- but ended up with Dr. Ly seeing me. Odd, I thought, but I soon realized all patients are shared amongst the therapists and doctors. No big deal- as long as everyone is taking care of the patients and progressing things. All of the doctors and staff were very kind and always answered my questions and concerns.
I was promised that I would get better as long as I continue the exercises, stretches, and going into the clinic. It took about 10 sessions for my insurance to deny further claims for more. This was in November 2022.
After I completed an MRI in May 2023, I sent the results via email, called, and even responded to auto-generated emails asking how I was. It is now August 2023. I have not received a response nor any follow ups for any more sessions. With the MRI results, it should help guide the rest of my treatment plan. However, I felt that my previous sessions never progress me. I also never saw a consistent doctor nor therapist, so the treatments always almost focused on electro-stimulation and massages. I was hopeful initially that Energize would be the answer to my issues, but it doesn't seem they are willing to...
