The Old Print Shop, Inc — Attraction in New York

I had such a wonderful time picking out some old maps, which make excellent souvenirs incidentally, to commemorate some of the more exotic places you've been (or want to go). They have so many options! So be prepared to spend a long time poring over stacks of ancient maps like some kind of scholar in the library of Alexandria 😂

If you can't find what you're looking for, they have a lot of boxes in storage that they can fetch for you that aren't on display. And apart from maps, there are also prints and paintings of plants, ships, animals, people, contracts...

A fantastic print shop that feels like you stepped into another world when you come for a visit. The staff is awesome, helpful and you can literally spent all day there looking at the wonderous works of art. Their collection is scattered throughout different floor levels. They support local artists and provide a wealth of knoweldge pertaining to print work. You can easily pass it by walking up Lexington from below 29th st.
