🌟 🛍️ How to Shop a Sample Sale Like a Pro: Tips for Navigating the B

I waited four hours just to enter the store, and the line moved painfully slow. Once inside, the selection was underwhelming—most clothes had no visible logos (not that I’m a huge logo fan), and the materials felt cheaper compared to what you’d find at an actual Burberry store or online. Pricing was also odd—a T-shirt originally priced at $660 USD was significantly more expensive than the regular Burberry store, though the markdown made it cheaper. But even with the discount, the quality didn’t justify the price. To make matters worse, the checkout line was massive—another 30-minute wait just to pay. Also, they put black stickers over your phone camera, so you can’t take photos for whatever reason, which just felt unnecessary and strange. Staff were fine, but overall, the experience wasn’t worth the time or hassle. Wouldn’t recommend unless you enjoy standing in lines for hours.

They closed before their “closing” time, I arrived well before close but they said they weren’t letting anyone in because it was at capacity. 2 People exited in front of us (we were 2) so we said we can go in now and they said no. “Miguel” which is definitely not his name was extremely rude. We went across the street to the other 260 location (which btw was open until the same time), and they welcomed us in and were extremely kind, and we bought things from them. I’ve been to 260 so many times but I wish their flagship location had better staff.

If you see a heavy African American person manning the line to go inside make sure every person in your group gets their own ticket to go in, even if you don’t have a bag to check in.

He will tell you to go to the back of the line and line up for a new ticket even though they were not diligently providing a ticket for every new customer that arrived. Nor did they check up on any existing customers that were already in line. They stopped providing tickets after a couple of mins of passing them out, while some customers had stepped out of line to grab a bite or drink quickly.

Regardless of what you say he refuses to listen to you and repeats over and over again to go to the back of the line and to get a ticket if you don’t have one. Even if your friends and the people behind you in line vouch for you he won’t listen to them either. He is power tripping over a ticket.

There were also customers waiting on the line before and after me that didn’t have a ticket and they were allowed in. He only refused to let me in and wouldn’t let me check my bag in with my friend telling me to go to the back of the line.

When I asked the employee for a ticket they looked confused. They said they didn’t have any tickets and to ask the security guard. The security guard was the one that wouldn’t let me in. So in conclusion the security guard was just targeting me and making it difficult for me to enter for no reason.

I’ve never met someone so rude and boneheaded . Also don’t expect much customer service from this place either. Terrible experience, rude security and the employees have a lot...

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I been a to a couple of 260 sample sales, and I consistently receive the same horrible customer service from the management and staff there. The management is very rude and are quick to become defensive when a customer concern is brought up. For the amount of money I’ve spent here, I don’t think it’s fair that I and many other customers have been treated like this. The shopping experience here is just not worth it. It’s a mess trying to sort through everything, even after you’ve been waiting in line for an hour. Then you have wait another 25 minutes for the fitting rooms, and another 30 to check out. And don’t even get me started on the fitting rooms where they have 10 people in a tiny area sectioned off by curtains and rods all changing at the same time while also being rushed on a 5 minute timer. I also had noticed that the fitting rooms had a security camera in them, which is extremely concerning. I wouldn’t usually leave a review like this, but I’ve had one too many bad shopping experiences here. The brands and the selections are not worth the hype. Most of items are overpriced for “sample sale” items and you’re better off buying second hand designer than buying from here. The company very clearly doesn’t care about their customers neither do I think they care about their employees. I’ve been told that they are overworked and underpaid. It’s very obvious that this is all just...

I have a serious concern that your staff is being discriminatory and hoarding items on the return rack after try on today. The staff working wouldn’t allow me to pick a dress to try on because they said they’re not for sale, but I could see the return staff taking it from the rack and putting it back in the main space. I also watched a TikTok where the dress was very clearly on the rack to purchase. They allowed other customers just like me to pick from the return rack. I saw the specific dress I wanted to try on tried on by 3 other regular customers until I left, and they refused to addrsss their discriminatory behavior. I asked them why they were lying to me, and they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about when previously they spoke clearly to me I couldn’t try on that dress, and told me again before I confronted them I couldn’t take from the rack since they’re not available. I’ve bought over 1k worth of items over the past two years and have never been discriminated and lied to by your staff. I was shopping for a graduation dress since I’m graduating college, and would’ve happily bought and paid for the dress since it was size 6 and my favorite brand and a beautiful floral dress - exactly what I came for. Please take my experience in consideration because it was actually...
