I been a loyal customer with Nike for over 4years now, since the Nike Clearance Store open and I experiences the same customer service and favoritisms at this store. You wouldn’t believe what’s going on . This store needs undercover bosses to stop by they way this store is being run. UNPROFESSIONAL. The MANAGEMENT TEAM Gerald , Anthony, Tasha , Jeffery alll work with the bulk buyers . The management team only drop items for the Asian kid name melo and the heavy white guy name James and many more that comes there as well . They will drop recent sneakers or Sneakers that will sell or markdowned at the cash register for only those guys to get the sneakers. Somehow the bulk buyers are the only ones that know when the sneakers drop. It’s not fair to a working mom that comes to this store trying to find items for my family and see the same guys here every day with bags of clothes and sneaker . That at the end of the day is resale Nike clothes and sneakers to profit off it . It’s not fair to the people that work 9-5 that want to spend there money at Nike and can’t find nothing because the management team cater to the bulk buyers, making sure they are good . It’s not fair to regular customer who Stand on that long as long out of this store and just to come and see that management team dropping sneakers for the bulk buyers and I can’t get not one pair . This nike Clearance Store have some type of corruption going on at this store . If you not Asian or white you will not get the sneakers or clothes you want at this store . WHERE IS THE FAIRNESS OR EQUALITY THAT NIKE STANDS FOR BECAUSE ITS NOT AT...

What hell “store-manager” Javier insane …. Disgusting for our community and mostly for Nike corp. , he’s one of them in our society is called nasty , i found an item with price marked , I asked two of the female managers about the price (price was very low) ; as a consumer we found a price marked we pay as its is marked (NYCCONSUMERLAW) ??? They agree or honored some type of discount , I agree with it . When I went to the register a cashier DJ called manager for the transaction, he came (not the two females); he said computer shows different you pays this price, you take or leave???? But I spoke one of the manager about !!! He said I’m higher than them , if u found an item no tags so-run out of the door no paying is free then!!… Definitely this person need to leave Nike an the same moment I’m a NYKER GLADLY EMPLOYEE, after all DJ the cashier throw the receipt what insane people , and Javier said don’t ask not question to his crew because I will not found in the building other manager higher than him , so you take or leave, so I told him I’m taking for his references , he said don’t threatened...

My son and I were here on Sunday around 11am. There were a lot of people. Since this is a sales store, the selection is limited, some prices are normal, and some are high, like in a regular store. Many Chinese shoppers are too fussy, too loud and interfere with enjoying shopping. I was looking for the right size of sneakers and wanted to consult with an assistant, but I didn’t find anyone. This is definitely a disadvantage of the store. When we went to the checkout, I saw a very long line and was upset that I would have to wait so long in a crowded store. At that moment, an assistant came up and asked if I had the Nike app and if I would like to skip the line. The young man next to me and I agreed. He took us to a separate small checkout and I registered in the app. The salesperson was friendly and nice and gave me an additional discount. My son and I were happy. When we were leaving the store, we saw a huge line of people who wanted to get into the store, but the security guard only let people in in parts. I recommend this store, my...

This Nike Clearance Store is very different from your typical Nike Outlet Store. If you are even remotely interested in sneaker or a full-blown sneaker head, you will see a number of special editions and exclusives during every visit. The trick is purchasing the rare shoes you want when there is a rare 30% discount promotion (20% promo is more frequent). This is where luck (or sheer frequency of visit) plays into how good of a deal you get. Add into the mix of annoying Chinese "daigou" that just purchase everything in sight, the line can get very long. The staff tries their best to keep the place relatively well organized, but there is only so much they when messy inconsiderate customers are around during the busy weekends. I find the best time to visit is 30-45 minutes after opening: you avoid the initial rush but still have organized shelves.
