Urban Jungle — Attraction in New York

Best used clothing (and vintage finds) store in nyc, not even a contest, probably the country. Look people, have you ever seen inside their warehouse? They buy HUGE bulk, like half a block of 10x10 cubes packed with random clothes. They put everything out that fits, everyday, and charge $6 for everything, whether its a puma 70s tee or a JW Nordstrom brand new dress shirt. They do not discriminate, they organize by style, and we ingrates get to go through eeeeverthing, which takes about 7 hours of bliss! Go through one by one, trust ne, you will see why its the best thing in nyc. I go there when Im depressed, happy, bored, focused and looking, every mental state is accomadated. I cant stand ANY other used/vintage store now, not Buffalo, not Beacons, none if their fancy stuff is worth over $15-20 per piece at Urban Jungle. $6 for any shirt people, among thousands! And they are getting better and better at knowing whats cool. But thats the great thing, the customer gets to make up their own 'cool' because they just put out EVERYTHING!!! I only get mad when they close, I act like a big baby!! "Oh cmon, five more minutes!!!". Lol, Best store...

I looooove this thrift store! It’s actually pretty thrifty, and they have a great selection, at least for women’s clothing (I didn’t look through the men’s section - they have a lot of men’s clothing but I just don’t know if it’s worth checking out or not). Go here instead of the other nearby thrift/vintage/consignment stores if you’re trying to be frugal and also want to find some legitimately cool clothes.

Edit: bumping off a star because they’re maintaining their no return policy in spite of keeping the fitting rooms closed. Their prices are cheap but with so many people laid off due to the pandemic it’s not cool to ask us to risk spending money on something that might not fit and can’t be returned. Items like pants are hard...

As much as I loved this store I found very disappointing that they actually scamed me. 4 days after my sunday shopping my credit card that i paid with is being charged by urban jungle for 17$ , havent been in the store since , that means they copied somehow my credit card information and charged me again after few days. I find it very disturbing and disgusting. People if you buy there pay CASH and keep checking your bank account statments. I reported situation to a bank, blocked my card and waiting for result. Oh and called the store to speak to manager, which wasnt there some lady over the phone started to talk over me ... bad bad customer service
