I had an unforgettable experience at this store location amidst the busiest time of the year! I came with the intention to use my mail-in coupons as I’ve been a long time customer of Victoria’s Secret since 2011. Upscale service matched with high quality products has stayed consistent with this brand and I’m proud to say I have never been disappointed, especially today receiving service from sales associate Nicole Davis. She was extremely knowledgeable in the products but GENUINELY enthusiastic which is such a treat when shopping in person especially post pandemic. She gave me the BEST recommendations that encouraged me to add to basket and keep on shopping! I purchased a gorgeous corset for $120. Even while assisting me, she had a smile on her face and eagerly assisted other customers. She is a shining example of how 5 star quality service should be in retail! I was so impressed I just had to gush about the experience to store manager Juana Olivo. She was gracious and kind upon hearing the wonderful service and additionally was still offering her services to customers walking in. There was such a radiant energy in the store it was a joy to visit during the holidays. I was grateful and hopping on the line when the regional manager Carly Cobik thanked me for the glowing review. I was more than happy to introduce myself and congratulate the team on their time and attention to my shopping experience. I felt really prioritized and special! I was further assisted at the register by cashier Ashley Bogats, who mirrored similar energy and enthusiasm for the brand upon wrapping up my purchase. I had a great conversation about my shopping spree and reminiscing about how much the store has changed over the years and how my credit card ran its course. She perked up and mentioned the NEW Victoria Secret credit card merged with Master Card AND the PINK card. I was accepted and gleefully thanked her for signing me up and wrapping up the transaction so quickly! This is a wonderful store location and the ladies are stellar at what they do! This is truly exemplary service that highlights Victoria Secret’s brand mission and statement…to INSPIRE and EMPOWER women around the world! I recently traveled to Japan and their service today was so remarkable and reminiscent of my time spent there. This is exceptional service just at the heart of Queens, NY! ! Read moreSuch a frustrating experience. First the cash registers don’t check that all your tags are removed so make sure you check before you step out or they’ll make you have the worst time. I made a purchase on January of the following items attached. I didn’t realize the tag wasn’t removed so when I finally have the time to come back to the store to have it removed, the register wasn’t welcoming and didn’t know how to deal with the situation, didn’t answer none of my questions. Then I asked for the manager Ellie which was very unhelpful, she asked for the receipt which by the way who keeps a receipt after months of the purchase?! Then proceeded to ask me for my credit card, when each time I come to buy here they tell me that I don’t have to carry the physical card because everything can be tracked down with the phone number. So then I asked the manager ELLIE I have the proof of purchase here on my account, can you help me then? She said she couldn’t because it’s past 30 days! Read moreThe workers are rude. I went to go pay my clothes with my mom and we were using our coupon for the store as we have the Victoria secret card. There was this guy as a cashier and he attended us. He didn’t even offer us the bonus gift that comes with the purchase and my mom had to ask him. He then told us in Spanish what it was and my mom forgot how to translate the word to English. She asked him and he rudely pointed to what he was talking about. He rudely pointed to what he was talking about. I then left to get the bonus gift and he started laughing with the cashier at his side because I didn’t understand the word in Spanish and he saw how lost I was. My mom then asked him “why he was laughing?” And then he said “I laugh about everything” and she said “I don’t find it funny” and he stayed silent. The conversation was all in Spanish and my mom and I felt incredibly u comfortable by the service. He made our experience at Victoria secret bad when we were just trynna have a nice time in the weekend. I hope there is something done about the customer service especially with this guy.
