Whole Foods Market Warehouse — Attraction in New York

It is one of the most uncomfortable and difficult stores I have ever been to. First you have to walk a block. In order to get a ticket, it depends on how many packages you have, which is stupid and absurd. Then you enter the store. If you have a ticket for 20 packages, they give you a ticket that says the number 20, and sometimes they don't even care when they give you the wrong ticket.

They never have parking. It is a very inconvenient area to park, most drivers park in the middle of the streets so they can put their packages in their car. Which is dangerous because a lot of cars go by very fast and a lot of trucks too.

In most other stores they give you your assigned route and your cart full of the packages you have to carry, but in this one you have to go find them one by one. Which takes up a lot of your time and that's all there is to it. It's super inconvenient and it's crazy inside there.

The employees are not friendly at all. They are very arrogant and rude, they don't help you at all, they don't do anything and they never...

The whole concept of this is rediculous

You can’t just walk in and shop so a waste of space/why wasnt this just made a regular store type so this whole swath of Brooklyn had a Whole Foods location to go to

And as a grocery warehouse it fails because even when you put in an order a day or more ahead of time, they still don’t fulfill your order????

Days ahead of time you can order 2 lbs of chicken breast and end up only getting 1/2 a lb delivered? So…they don’t even prep/make items to order, it’s no different then walking into a regular store and gambling if they have something or not

The Amazon storefront make it seem as though you place your order prior and it will be prepped/fulfilled

Absolutely no point if they are just making random stuff at random times and you get whatever the delivery drivers finds when they walk in

Anyone know how I can contact the site manager for this location? Found a wedding band in my Wholefoods delivery from this location and would like to get it back to its owner. Amazon customer service not being...
