uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair — Attraction in Newnan

The customer service here was amazing!!! It’s almost like I never broke my phone they did a great job and very efficiently! I went to batteries plus bulbs first and had aweful customer service and I will never go there again! Do not waste your time at other stores... they even offer a garuntee that if they cannot fix it they will not charge you for a diagnostic! .............. I needed to go back and edit this post because I want to show the magnitude of great customer service of this ubreakifix. I also brought a laptop here to get fixed about a year ago and it had been a huge pain. I could not get it to stop crashing regardless of what I would do. I had taken it back to this location maybe five times because the issue would only be resolved for a short period of time (some software issues responsible of the laptop company). Corey had taken my laptop multiple times trying his best to help me fix my laptop efficiently. For the summer I had went to Maryland and my laptop starting having the same issue and i took it up to a ubreakifix location there and Corey stayed on the phone with another employee to coach him through fixing my laptop which was not required of him whatsoever. Overall the laptop issue was not fixed due to it being a hard drive issue, but I greatly appreciated that Corey did everything he possibly could do to help me with this issue....

Only giving 2 stars because most of the staff was perfectly pleasant. Brought my phone in within 15 minutes of cracking the screen and everything was working great except for the cracked screen. Immediately upon picking up my phone I noticed the speaker phone no longer worked, so I brought it back the next day as they were closing when I picked it up. They tried to tell me it was a system update so I said okay I guess I will live with it. The problem got worse so I brought it back again and insisted they open it up just to tell me I blew the bottom speaker by getting it wet through the charge port (although charge port was working flawlessly and never suggested water damage) and it would be another $150 to replace those components. I can assure you I did not get it wet, and that everything worked perfectly before I dropped my phone off with them. I was literally talking on the speaker phone walking in to their store, and I could not talk on speaker on my way home. I am not about being rude to customer service and how would I go about proving it? This is more of a cautionary tale to let you know if anything AT ALL is wrong or working differently, make them open it back up immediately. Needless to say, I am incredibly disappointed and I would have been better off buying a refurbished phone with how much I have...

This place rocks yall do such great job extremely fast and incredabley affordable and shout out to the young lady expecting 🍼 with beautifully colored hair.im sorry i didnt get your name to recognize how awsome you were today very knowledgeable and friendly!! then when i went to pick my phone back up is where mr. Kenneth helped me. sir you rock as well im not sure who the owner of this company is shout out to you as well for your service and having such great employees i live a good ways from here but its worth the drive if i ever break my phone again i could not believe how fast the service was and how affordable Thank You so much they were very busy when i come into the store and when i asked about how long should this take she informed me since they were so busy it could be up to 3 hours! my mouth dropped and she went to apologize and informing me again they were so busy but no honey i was floored it would only take you guys 3 hours!! and thats busy for yall wow facter got better i highly recomend your phone repair come.see these guys you will not be disapointed!!!
