The manager of this location is extremely unprofessional. My fiancé and I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. We have been through multiple amazing managements, different district managers and 1 remodel and 1 complete renovation of the building. It is unfathomable that one day she decided to ban my fiancé from this location because he complained that he has had whole milk added to his drink 10+ times when he is EXTREMELY ALLERGIC! He has had extremely terrible days due to the negligence of the staff for putting whole milk into his drink even though he has ordered the drink with soy milk. The day he was telling another employee to remake his drink, Shantel got up in his face, accused him of “cussing out an employee” and banned him for the staffs negligence. Ever since Shantel has become manager of this location the quality and atmosphere of this location has gone down hill.
Some time passed and I decided to make a stop to use the restroom and pick up food since I was thinking I wasn’t banned because I was not in the store at the time she falsely banned my fiancé from this location. My fiancé waited in the truck…I walked in with my second partner to use the restroom and pick up food…Shantel then said that “y’all are not allowed in here and we should know that” which is a lie because she never said we were banned in person and my second partner was not there. So I decided to take a picture of her so i can write my review about this location. She became irritate and started shouting and creaming from across the room like a crazy person, then started should information about my personal like with my brother and I in the store in front of everyone. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. If you are allergic to anything serious like drinking WHOLE MILK even when you requested SOY MILK, keep an eye on the folks making your drinks because they are not trained well by...
Read moreMy mom and I visited this Starbucks on May 10th as a pre–Mother’s Day treat. We don’t go to Starbucks often, especially given the political climate, but we decided to stop by for one of my old favorite drinks—an iced matcha. Initially, we ordered it with sweet cream but changed our minds at the window and asked to have it made with lemonade instead. The barista seemed confused, but we went ahead, paid, and drove off.
After tasting the drink, my mom realized she didn’t like it, so we returned—politely—to ask for it to be remade. The cashier was understanding and got the manager, and that’s when the entire experience took a nasty turn.
The store manager came to the window already combative, loud, and visibly irritated—as if she had it out for us from the jump. Instead of handling the situation calmly and professionally, she immediately began arguing with us for five minutes straight. Her energy was hostile, her tone was condescending, and she showed no intention of de-escalating or resolving a very common customer service issue. Mind you, the corrected drink was already made and sitting beside her the entire time.
It was clear that this manager lacks not only basic customer service training but also the patience and emotional maturity needed to work in hospitality. Mistakes with drink orders happen all the time—it’s part of the job. Her reaction was excessive, uncalled for, and deeply unprofessional. She made what should’ve been a simple fix feel like an all-out confrontation.
If you don’t have the temperament to deal with customers respectfully, especially over something as minor as a drink remake, you shouldn’t be managing a store. We’ll definitely be...
Read moreBedides the customer service being great... the REAL COFFEE!! I don't particularly care for the illuminati spectrum of said consumer establishment, but come on and get real... everything that you purchase has this spectrum, not just Starbucks. If you're not living in the wilderness, and being 100% self sufficient, then you're supporting the cause in many way... Is not fair to distinctively hate on Starbucks alone, at least you can get a great pick me up or start to your day with actual COFFEE, not genetically modified waiste. Think of it this way... what do the "elite" want you to put into their bodies, and what are they putting into theirs? It is what it is, right down to the water and power companies. Think smarter, not harder. Us woken up can preach all day and night but it won't change a thing. What is meant to be will be, and the on only thing we can do is enjoy OUR lives and take care of OUR bodies. Sure, its a wonderful topic to have a conversation about, if you're fortunate enough to meet someone on your level of knowledge when it comes to said subject, but obsession is a disease as well, it adds stress, and takes YEARS off of your life... this can also lead to depression and anxiety making us not even enjoy thedays we do have... maybe thats a plan as well? ... So enjoy a great coffee and snack in a clean, friendly and consumer friendly Starbucks. If you really want something to absolutely HATE, go for the human children found meat in your McDonald's chains. Thats right (research it yourselves, please but don't obsess-),Choose your evils wisely. I pick Starbucks personally, and won't eat...
