Collectively, we have to start complaining to our PRESIDENT, U.S. ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, YOUR STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL, THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE, OUR MAYOR, THE #PRICEGOUGING WITH FOOD in our local convenient markets and DISCOUNT chain stores like #Walmart, #Aldi, #StopandShop, Stop & Shop ShopRite #BJs or THEY will NEVER know what's going on LOCALLY!!! EGGS WENT FROM a price gouged price of $2.31 AT ALDI'S TO $3.91 IN JUST MONTHS!!! A GALLON OF MILK IS UP $5 OR $4.59 everywhere!!! BEEF HOT DOGS $5 if you don't go out of your way to Aldi's that are priced at $3.31!!! LET'S START COMPLAINING TO THE CORRECT AUTHORITIES THAT WE ARE BEING STARVED TO DEATH IF THIS is what is REALLY GOING ON and happening right before our eyes!!! Loaf of a DECENT bread $4.99!!! Food that all my life and all my children's life have quadrupled in price, $.99 eggs now $3.91, $1.99 beef hot dogs now $4.99, $2.49 gallon of milk creeping up to $5.49 in convenient stores. Today, a $3, 52 oz Ajax dish washing liquid is being priced at a local M&M mini Mart convenience store on Tonelle Avenue and Broadway, Jersey City NJ at $6.50!!! Iceberg lettuce $3.99, rather $.99 all my life!!! One plantain is $.99 rather than 4 for $1 for DECADES or all my life!!! Why are these businesses comfortable with robbing consumers or patrons; because they are not being inspected anymore is my only thought!!! Read moreIf I could give this store zero stars, I would. But I couldn’t because I needed to write my experience… this was the worst experience I’ve ever had inside of a supermarket. I was disgustingly disappointed. As soon as I walked through the sliding doors to enter the establishment, I was greeted with an overly full Garbage can that was spilling over. Then I got to the produce section and encountered gnats flying around the fruits and veggies. I almost walked back out the door because of the unsanitary conditions. But I stayed and thought maybe I can just buy some packaged snacks and juice. So I proceeded through the store where all the shelves were unorganized and badly stored. I bought a few snacks and headed to the register. And I was again greeted with garbage all on the floors. I told the workers and the mangers. Nobody seemed to care. So I advised them that I would not shop here again. After paying for my snacks, I went into the bathroom to use it. And I must say that the bathroom was the worst of it all. Toilets filled with tissue. Floors covered in used tissue…. I am literally itching while I write this review…. Moral of the story, I will not return. And this place needs to be shut down or maybe needs new staff...

Since the cat food looked unfamiliar to me, I only purchased one can. I need not have worried, as my cats devoured it! I look forward to buying more the next time I visit Aldi.
I AM surprised Google is asking me to re-review Aldi, but here we go. I have been going to this Aldi location, since about two months after they opened. The staff is very professional, the produce is BEAUTIFUL and so many items are very inexpensive. I prefer going to a cashier, simply because I used to be a cashier when I was younger, and going to one of those self-service machines seems so wrong to me, but I digress.
