We went in to the store in N. Richland Hills. My friend needed some ink cartridges which we learned Oddmmffice depot no longer carries. I wanted to look at chairs. I did not know the store hours. Instead of going directly to the back to see chairs, I wasted previous time asking the girl at the print desk about the rewards program for ink cartridges. She knew zip. Wasted my time looking it up. Couldn't answer any of my questions. I thanked her anyway and started to see if there was any chair I might want. That is when she told me the store closed in a few minutes. Before I could even take a look at the chairs, another employee I had not seen before came back very rudely shooing us out. We went straight to the door and had to wait for her to let us out. Read moreI ordered ten copies of a resume to be printed on resume quality paper online. I received an e-mail saying that my order had been placed on hold and to contact the store. I contacted the store and they were no help. They had no idea what was going on and the gentleman I spoke with was very curt. I told him, after going around in circles, to not worry about it and I would figure something out. I called the Customer Service number and, again, went around in circles. In total, I spent over 12 minutes on the phone trying to figure out what the heck was going on with my order, only to be told by Customer Service that on their screen it said it's being printed at the store now. It was the most irritating experience for ten copies of a resume. I will be purchasing a package of the paper when I pick up my copies and will NEVER be ordering anything from their Copy and Print...

You ask a question, and barely understand the whisper of the young kid who's working the printing area, they want everything online but you need to know sizes, materials and he just kept insisting to go on canvas and order, can you SHOW ME PHYSICALLY the size and what materials? I don't know if that's the materials I want online CAUSE I CANT TOUCH THROUGH THE WEB!! It is so annoying!! This store is not the only one. I just can't. We pay for a product that we have no clue.
