I have been a costumer of this store since its inception. However, I recently had a dismal experience with customer service. The salesperson was cranky and plain rude. Nevertheless, I bought the merchandise and left. In my way home I reflected over the events and decided to go back and return the items and give feedback to the Manager of the store. The manager listened, asked a couple of questions, returned my cash, but gave no reassurance that the matter would be addressed and corrected. At the end of the interaction, she was also dismissive. Bought a telescope beach chair via amazon sold by island beach guys. One arm had a "defect" where arm is rivited to frame. I called and spoke to Yvonne asking if i could swap it out for exact same item. NO PROBLEM...in fact she sent me a prepaid ups return label via email in about 2 minutes, and SHIPPED ME the replacement chair within 2 hrs ... BEFORE I shipped mine back let alone received the chair back. And its coming next day. All this DONE...within 24 hrs...chair returned, chair shipped...no paperwork. NO hassle. Yvonne is GREAT.
