Red Lobster — Restaurant in Ontario

The service was very bad. Starting with the waiter up to management who continued to get our orders incorrect, even up to the to-go order. He brought out incorrect orders several times. He brought out one meal and was another 15 minutes before the next order for our table came out and 20 for the last one to come out. After waiting so long, the food was not right. I also order the Sesame Soy Salmon Bowl which came out warm and not hot. The first manager on duty attempted to resolve it, but then left for the evening. We went there for the seafood boil which had absolutely no seasoning on it. You could not see any seasoning and it tasted just like water. Spoke to manager who stated, maybe he did not shake it, (which he did in front of us), and then stated it’s just not going to be like a regular boil. I told her, it doesn’t even look like the picture. On the picture you can see the seasoning. The shrimp was cocktail shrimp and not the same shrimp on the picture. Then another order was a flounder sandwich meal and he brought out a plate of flounder and nothing else. He was told it was incorrect. When the bill came out, he charged for a flounder meal. I asked for a manager several times and was told he would be coming. He never did. I got on the phone and called into the restaurant and asked for him. The one answering the phone told me he was unavailable. I then proceeded to tell her I was seated in the restaurant and have been waiting quite a while on him to come over. She put me on hold and came back and told me he would be over to my table. We waited At least another 20 minutes before he came. I informed him I have been waiting over 30 min for a manager. He informed me he was busy in the back. I proceeded to tell him( I think his name is Raphael) what was going on and also our bill was incorrect and the waiter was having a hard time getting things right since we had been here. I also addressed how long I had been waiting for him to come to our table so our ticket could get corrected since the young man had input things wrong at least three times. Once we left and got back to hotel with the to-go order, it was even wrong!!! The asparagus was supposed to have a sauce over it and did not. It was not a pleasant experience at this red lobster. I hope they can resolve these issues with the food...

I’m from MS & we no longer have Red Lobster. I was excited to eat here like old times. My order in restaurant was ok. I placed a to go order and when I reached hotel the crab meat asparagus had no crab meat. I was tired and didn’t go back to get them to fix. Additionally, my sister ordered the boil bag crab legs. There was absolutely no seasoning on the entire bag. It was like boiled in water only. Shrimp look like cocktail shrimp and were white not orange coat of seasoning. Corn had no seasoning. The 1st lady mgr did take this dish away immediately and offered to fix something else but the rest of us were already eating and we’d waited long enough. Unfortunately when they brought bill that bag dish was on ticket. We also told them it was separate billing but everything was together. We asked for Raphael which was 2nd mgr coming in. The 1st mgr had given his name if we had any issues as she was leaving when she took the unseasoned boil bag away. It took at least 10 mins for him to come to table and we just wanted to pay and go. Needless to say my other sister had asked for more dressing for salad and more sauce for salmon and she had to remind waiter repeatedly before she received it. Once we got the new bill my to go order was not on there. I could’ve just walked away without paying but I wanted to pay so again we sent the ticket back. Oh I ordered a fried flounder sandwich which came with fries and coleslaw. I received fried flounder no bread and the 2 sides I added on, lobster bisque and side salad. I was billed for the flounder plate, uncharged for 2 sides added on but didn’t receive the fries nor coleslaw. By this time we’ve been in restaurant at least 2 hours & were exhausted from travel and were ready to go. Raphael brought ticket back without the boil bag, without the two add ons that I added I guess in place of my missing fries and coleslaw. And we were finally able to pay. My to go order was included on ticket. So Raphael sorta fixed billing issue but I was deeply saddened that there was no crab meat on asparagus once back at hotel. When we got here seating was fast, the greeter was friendly and presented her self in a matter as she was ready to be of service. Now let’s get into the sit down experience. Halie was shadowing Paige cause she was fairly new (assuming) , even then she was really good for being fairly new. Paid attention to what we wanted and even made sure to offer potential entrees that we could possibly be interested in. I do want to acknowledge as soon as we set down Hailie instantly came with the cheddar biscuits and they were fresh, talking about as you sunk your teeth into that first bite it was hot and soft kinda put you in the mind of a eatable pillow (just to put everything into thought process lol). Then as soon as we were running out Paige came back with more biscuits now they wasn’t as good as the first batch but it’s the attention that counts. We end up ordering three Crab Legs entrees cause it was Tuesdays and if you don’t know it’s 25 dollars every Tuesdays. We also order 2 Pink Lemonade and 2 orders of Rum Patron and Coconut Shrimp. Of course the Coconut Shrimp came and it was just okay but wasn’t bad, the Crab Legs and Garlic butter Potatoes were FUCKING GOOD like fresh and hot and over all good experience. Now I had this same meal at this location another time and it was just okay but today was extra good (Obviously if I’m writing this long review, had to be some heat). The broccoli was good as well that accompanied the Crab Legs. Wrapped everything up with complementing the Supervisor Liv cause she needed a round of applause cause tonight was just perfect and I love how she went to all tables to made sure we were all good and enjoying ourselves. She was a big supporter to her team, was assisting where ever she was needed and kept very high energy! I love how it’s Women’s Month and these Women’s that were here tonight definitely deserved to be PRAISED CAUSE THEY DIDNT COME TO PLAY AND THEY LEFT NO CRUMBS! 10 out of 10 would RECOMMEND!!!
