My friend and I called at 10:3 this morning to make sure that what we wanted was available, because if not, it would have been a waste of time. On the morning of November 13th today, two female shop assistants at work answered that we had the goods in stock and told me that there were still 20 in stock. So we drove out immediately and arrived at the store around 11 o 'clock. After the inquiry. The clerk said it was sold out and might be available next week. I said I called you just now, and you confirmed it, and I came. 'We haven't had any calls,' the clerk replied. 'You must have the wrong number.' Ok did not want to dispute with her, so I thought it was my wrong number and then I said I would call again to confirm where the goods were available. Then something embarrassing happened. As soon as I called, the phone rang at the front desk. But she insisted that she had not received any calls and that she had nothing to sell us. OK fine, we don't want to waste our time either. I just got home to find that someone shared on social media that they had purchased the product we wanted from this store today. The blogger said that they had hidden the product in the cupboard and you must asked them to take it. This is a very disappointing and speechless store! Lie, cheat, discriminate!...

My daughter is 16 months old. After complaining to her manager, and also to corporate Sak's 5th, their response is to abide and protect themselves and brand at all costs. They stand by their "camera" and say that they do nothing wrong and compare apples to oranges. The manager insists my child is unsupervised, when the camera or proof clearly shows that she is right in front of me at an arm's length away. Manager of this store - Michelle A. Mohler has a terrible crisis management skills and instead, wants to offer a false apology followed by"we're really busy here" - insisting and hinting that she does not want to talk. So I walked back to the store and asked one of the employees see if I can exchange for 2 with pumps (same price); the employee said everything is final so the computer wouldnât let them to do the exchange.
