This lady was extremely rude and unhelpful! She also claimed to be the store manager and we later found out she was not. We went to this adidas outlet with an issue and they took care of it and were very helpful. One month later we went with the same issue on a different item and this lady told us that there's nothing she could do, refused to help in any way and would not accept an even exchange for the exact same item even though the one sold was clearly defective and the item had been purchased only two days before and had a receipt. She just stood there being rude, refusing to help and giving attitude to the customer until she finally just turned her back and walked off. When the customer asked if she could speak with the manager she said "I am the manager". The customer called Adidas customer service and they found out she is not the manager and put the customer in touch with the actual store manager and they made this lady accept the exchange. Why all of the unnecessary attitude and rudeness from this employee and the lying that there's nothing she could do and she is the manager? Why would it ever reach the point the customer would have to call customer service and not have the issue dealt with immediately in the store by an actual manager or supervisor? Why were they not helpful to the customer in the least even turning their back and walking away even though she was sold a defective item? Also, there were multiple employees standing around watching this employee be verbally abusive to the customer and did nothing and instead just glared at the customer as though she did something wrong. This is not a good look Adidas. This lady's wages are paid by the customers sales and if this lady does not appreciate the customer or having a job there are plenty of other...
Read moreAs much as I LOVE Adidas, this store is not it. One bad experience can ruin it. Yes, I'm going in. I came in looking to purchase a gift. I found a few outfits, but they did not have the size pants I needed for one of them on the rack. However, the mannequin had the size I needed. I asked if I could purchase those since they were the size I was looking for. The employee asked the manager, and she said no. They would not remove them to be purchased. I've worked in retail and I've never heard of such. Usually, if that's the last pair or piece of clothing in the size the customer needs, we would change out the outfit the mannequin is wearing for something else. This manager wasn't willing to do that. They lost a $300 sale that day. I have not been back since. Sure, they may not miss my dollars, but it's still not a good look. Plus the selection at this small store is not great for women or children. If you're a guy is pretty great. The floor staff is always helpful and friendly. That manager...
Read moreAdidas seemingly misleads customers about expected delivery of online orders to stores. When I complained, the Adidas representative indicated it took 4 days to process the order. Okay, then it is misleading to estimate 2 days for delivery to the store. Then I was told that delivery could take 10 more days. The store delivery of online order process is frustrating. Adidas gives the impression that it is comparable to commercial home shipping (time wise). There is no accountability. Tracking is non-existent. The only recourse is to wait to be contacted by seemingly careless employees. Lastly, on top of the possible 15-day waiting period, I cannot cancel the order until it arrives at the sore, the seemingly careless employees decide to email me, and a sufficient waiting...
