Victoria's Secret — Attraction in Ontario

Do NOT buy gift cards from this place, OR make a return and get merchandise credit because your money will disappear! I returned an item from an online order and was given store credit on a merchandise credit gift card. A few weeks later when I try to purchase an item with that gift card, there was $0 balance! Called customer service and they told me someone had made a purchase online days before; and that certainly was NOT me. Victoria’s Secret customer service is terrible, they basically don’t want to help you when your money is lost and provide no assistance to their loyal customers. I spoke to the manager of this place and told her that I believed the employees are the ones stealing the gift cards information and committing fraud because they are the ONLY ones who touch those merchandise credit gift cards. Their not the regular gift cards that sit out at the counter, so I know this wasn’t just someone grabbing the card info from the front registers. This is defenitly an inside job from employees and they have completely lost...

Lots of selection. First visit was absolutely a wonderful experience. Clean well lit, wonderful assistance checking out. So kind. The associate is such a part of a good experience at any retail store. The second time we went back , 2 days later, they had just opened. One checker. She had just assisted a customer. There was no one in line but myself. My friend and I were the only ones in the store at that point. The associate said I was going to have to wait for assistance. She stood there at the register shuffing papers for 5 minutes while I waited to check out. Finally, she looked up and said. Ok. I will help you. As if I was an inconvenience. Maybe she was starting off with a bad day. But it set the tone for me that I sure did not want to continue to shop there that day. I only get to this location once a year. If I could give this store zero stars I would!!!!! The employees & the manager are so disrespectful & quick to accuse innocent costumers! My aunt, sister & I were shopping when all of a sudden the employees were quick to accuse us of stealing/shoplifting. I understand it’s the employees/managers duty to watch all merchandise, but to wrongfully accuse innocent customers is just down right disrespectful, & unprofessional. They would whisper into each others head sets & eye ball us down. We just wanted a normal shopping experience, but instead we were being watched, talked about, & disrespected the entire time. We felt uncomfortable!!! Before leaving I opened my mouth & said something to an employee. All they had to say back was “I’m sorry”. So unprofessional!!!
