We made an online order for the two pizzas (which we asked to be cooked “extra crispy” with the crust); two drinks; two desserts order and added in a Caesar salad. Also added in were 2 ranches; parm; red pepper; napkins and utensils. When I arrived and told them I was there for my pickup, the slack faced employee pointed to two pizza boxes with two ranch dressings on top and said “there!” I looked at it and said, “no, there was more”. Confused, he looked around, located two cups, put them onto the pizza boxes and said, “There.” I then said: “no, there’s more.” Another employee then pointed at another location, and they added the salad and a dessert to the stack. Looking triumph, he said “there!”. I then looked dubiously at the dessert and, wondering if they somehow stuffed two desserts into its little package, decided they did not, and said “no, a dessert is still missing.” Another employee walking by said, “oh, you ordered the s’mores pie as one of the desserts, but we’re out. Would you like to have another brownie instead?” I agreed and this was added onto this horn of plenty. I took the stacked food over to the drink station, looking forward to at least adding in lemonade, but the lemonade dispenser was down to its last film of liquid - not enough to fill a thimble. So I got root beer instead. I then realized that I was missing utensils and napkins, so I grabbed some and added them on. At this point, I didn’t think that this leaning tower of pizza would make it back to my car, so I went to the cashier and asked for a bag, which I was cheerfully given. When I got this cuoncophney back to the hotel, my wife asked about the parm and red peppers, and I realized they were unfortunately left of the order as well. The Caesar salad was some iceberg lettuce (and not the good parts), parm and shaved cheese with a container of dressing. This was a disappointment, but that pailed in comparison to the pizza. THAT was as cold and limp as a 50 year old who forgot his Viagra. But, even though it just sagged there, it at least still tasted “ok”. As bad as that was, I’d have to say my biggest disappointment was the sheer incompetence of the staff in even assembling our order and having it...
Read moreI went on Wednesday 7/24/24 around 11 am to get my online pick up order, I arrived around 11:10 am and to-go order was not In the to-go area, I looked for an employee and no one was to be found, I kept saying "excuse me" as I could hear some giggling from the back and the employee with short hair turned around the corner a few times and just went back to talking with her co-worker, it took the employee around 5 minutes to come out. I advised I'm here for my pick up order and she hands me the pizza and 2 bottled drinks that are luke warm to the touch (during a heat wave), I ask if I can exchange the drinks for Refrigerated ones and she says they're all the same temperature, I then ask if I can change them for the drinks in front of cashier for cold Mexican bottle drinks which by the way when placing online pickup order gave me this option so I know it held the same value and the same employee with the short hair says "no". I ask her if I can have a cup with ice and then proceeds to hand me cup with no straw or lid, I ask for appropriate cup with either straw or lid to not be drinking from the cup itself and she says they don't have any. My pizza was cold by all of this time, I drank my drink from mouth to cup with no ice because the ice dispenser was not working and overall had a terrible lunch experience. Mistakes happen, there's item shortages but staff have the power to make up for it or make it right when it is not customers fault, hope someone speaks to that lady about etiquette and...
Read moreWe loved this pizza! After a movie & a walk through Ontario Mills outlet mall, we stopped here for a bite to eat. It was a good choice.
For those who cannot eat gluten, they do have a gluten pizza.
These pizzas are the ones on a line of ingredients. They press your fresh dough, add your choice of sauce, and ingredients next. Then cook it fast in a big pizza oven.
They had a standard drink bar, I opted for blood-orange lemonade that was very good.
Our we got one pizza to split. These aren't big pizzas, but good for my 1 pc and his 2 pcs. When finished, you go pick them up & bring to the table. We have been to 2 other types of pizza kitchens, but this one had the best taste. Maybe because one of the choices is oregano. It only added a pinch & I couldnt taste it specifically, but it had to be their sauce or the oregano that tasted more like real pizza.oh and their mozzarella was better, it strung out with your 1st, hot bites.makes me wonder what kind of mozzarella the others are using.
We needed a box for our other pcs, and this too was better than the other 2. At others, we got boxes for a whole pizza. Here we received a smal, maybe 6x6 box.
Oh and it isn't in the food court. It was tucked in a corner by their large Starbucks kiosk.
The place was nearly empty when we arrived. I knocked it down a star even tho most tables were empty, they needed to be wiped down.
We'll definitely go back. This...
