One of their employees pressured me into signing up for a store credit card even after I repeatedly said no. I made it very clear that I was not interested, yet they kept insisting and eventually convinced me to sign up against my better judgment. I felt uncomfortable and pressured throughout the interaction, which made my shopping experience far from enjoyable. She also tried to mislead me at first by telling me I only needed to answer two questions and I would be on my way.
Itās unacceptable for employees to push customers into financial commitments they do not want. Shopping should be a pleasant experience, not one where you feel forced into something you clearly declined. I will think twice before shopping here again and inform my family and friends. I hope TJ Maxx takes action to ensure their employees respect customers' decisions...

She was extremely rude, told us to buy and comeback and return if it doesnāt fit, loudly saying she ācanāt wait to go homeā in front of customers, and insisted itās āpolicyā that fitting rooms close a full hour before store closing (even though itās not posted anywhere).
