Update: Their reply made no sense as it didn’t address any of the concerns you can see from the screenshots of their own camera system. I would give this place -1 stars if I could. Wild response that just proves my point even more.
I was hopeful about this facility based on the glowing reviews, but my experience was disappointing. There are several concerns that potential customers should be aware of. Misleading Photos & Limited Outdoor Access – The promotional photos and social media highlights make the facility look much better than it actually is. The outdoor and play areas do not match the images. From what I observed on the cameras, the dogs are only briefly let outside, which is when those “great” photos are taken. Limited Camera Access & Lack of Supervision – The cameras do not provide a full view of the play areas, making it difficult to see what’s actually happening. The large-dog camera feed is also distorted, requiring constant zooming in. From what I could see, staff members were not actively engaging with the dogs. Instead, they stood or sat while scrolling on their phones. Lack of Transparency & Proper Tours – When I requested a tour, I was only shown a small portion of the facility and was told, “That’s it.” This raises concerns about what they might not want customers to see. No Meet-and-Greet or Temperament Screening – Unlike reputable daycares that assess dogs before admitting them, this facility does not require temperament testing or behavioral evaluations. This means they accept any dog, regardless of compatibility with others. High Dog-to-Staff Ratio – There were approximately 30 dogs to a single staff member, which is well above the recommended ratio for safe and controlled play. Lack of Communication & Generic Reports – My partner picked up our dog and was given no report on how she did. When I later asked for an update, I was told they send all reports at 6 PM and was simply told, “She did great.” No specifics were given, which suggests they do not actually track individual dogs’ experiences. Concerning Behavior After Pickup – When we picked up our dog, she appeared skittish and not her usual self. This was concerning since she is typically friendly and confident. A well-run daycare should ensure dogs leave happy and relaxed, not nervous or unsettled.
Overall, this facility does not provide the level of care, supervision, or transparency that pet owners should expect. I would not recommend it for anyone looking for a structured, attentive, and engaging daycare experience...

Update: When the owner of Pawsh Palace saw this review, they took my dogs off the grooming table unfinished; paws untrimmed, nails undone, glands undone, ears undone. Thankfully they returned my deposit. I picked up my dogs as is & paid their groomer, Tevi, cash directly because Tevi was not the problem.
Tevi is lovely. The owner should be embarrassed. What an unprofessional tantrum. All because their staff (Billy?) gave out wrong information. Instead of taking accountability, they punished me. That’s egregious.
It wasn’t my fault. It wasn’t my dogs fault. It wasn’t Tevi’s fault. It was your staff member who gave incorrect info. Own it. Fix it. & stop embarrassing yourself.
Original review: Hi, as you can see in the screenshot, Billy quoted me a price ($65 each) based on the weight of both of my dogs, which I clearly communicated up front. When I arrived, I was suddenly told the price would be $10 more per dog ($75 each!), which brought the total from $130 to $150. That’s a significant difference & feels like a classic bait & switch.
It’s not okay to quote one price to get someone in the door & then change it at the last minute. I planned & budgeted for the original amount, & I’m leaving town. I don’t have time to find another groomer.
This was misleading & honestly upsetting. If you honor the original quote, I’ll gladly update my review to reflect that. I also strongly encourage you to train your staff to be upfront. If the quote is only a starting price or subject to change, that needs to be said clearly from the beginning. In my case, I was told the quote was just wrong without anyone even evaluating my dogs first. That’s not a fair or professional way to...
Read moreIt's been about 8 months since I first brought my little guy to board here. Since then, I have yet to use any other boarding service or daycare in town after finding Pawsh. They're simply the best.
He boarded for almost a week and although I've used some different places in town, I was looking for a place where he wouldn't be boarding in a kennel overnight. I adopted him from a shelter and he spent many nights sleeping in a kennel alone before he came home with us. It breaks my heart that he would have to sleep in a cold kennel while he stays at a boarding facility. It's very important to me that Pawsh does NOT board their pups in kennels.
What really sold me was the way that Pawsh manages their social media to keep you updated on your baby. They do more than just put a pet parent at ease with a web cam. I found myself constantly checking their IG story to check on my pup and I was beyond thrilled to see him playing and wagging his tail every time he appeared in a video or picture. And their staff constantly posts throughout the day. What parent wouldn't love to see their pup getting attention and love from the staff all day? The social media aspect of this business is more than enough to confirm that I will never take my dog to any other boarding/day care facility. No one does dog care like Pawsh.
I already knew he was having fun and getting so much love from their great staff and when I picked him up, he made it very clear that he was happy to see me but he wasn't ready to come home just yet. Thank you to everyone at Pawsh for spoiling and loving Neville. I know that the next time I go out of town, he'll be thrilled to come...
