I would give 10 stars if it was possible. I was introduced to Ken about 2 months ago by a coworker. I have never had custom jewelry made and didn't know how the process would go. I gave Ken a call and immediately felt like family.

I began with setting 3 stones in gold with a diamond. I have held onto these stones for 8 years. The timing was perfect as the weekend after Ken (owner) personally delivered the pendants to me, I got engaged (surprise) and was able to give one to my fiancee, and my future daughter.

Ken then helped us design two personalized and beautiful wedding rings. The cost was great, but the service and quality were even better. We had several meetings with Ken and some of his employees. Every time we stopped by, we were treated like family. We were able to cast my fiance's (now wife) ring from my ring and melt down and transform an old wedding ring into a gorgeous ring. They also made a most beautiful wedding pendant with two diamonds and a large amythist. We cast another ring from mine for my son.

Throughout this whole process, Ken sent pictures of the rings and pieces as they were being designed.

I then asked Ken and his son Cole (co-owners) to help design a signet for my fiance and I. The week before my wedding, I also asked for 3 additional pieces for my future children. They made it all happen within the week.

They have exceeded all my expectations for custom jewelry. I would recommend them for any budget from first time buyers to buyers of the exotic and extravagant.

They then made a 3-D mock-up of it and went through as many iterations of it as I needed to get it just right. The final result was a stunning ring that suits my personality perfectly, that I absolutely love, and that, years later, I still get comments about on a regular basis.
