I recently purchased an engagement ring and wedding band from Woodbury Jewelers for my fiancee (she said yes!). In addition to receiving these beautiful rings, I was also grateful to have received excellent customer service. I'd like to describe, in detail, how wonderful my experience was from start to finish...

My girlfriend and I were on vacation in Park City, Utah, visiting from out of state, relaxing before going on a week-long river trip with friends along the Green River. While exploring Park City, we came upon Woodbury Jewelers. We were greeted warmly, and as we browsed my girlfriend found herself particularly enamored with a diamond ring designed by Woodbury Jewelers. While she loved it, she admitted to me that if were altered to match her fantasy ring, it would be perfect.

Keeping this in mind, when we returned to our home state I privately contacted Woodbury Jewelers and spoke to the same salesperson we had met in Utah. Working with their salesperson, designers, and jewelers over the course of about six weeks, we were able to create a personalized version of the ring my girlfriend had pointed out. Woodbury Jewelers remained in constant, almost daily, contact with me concerning any questions I had about specifications of the design and diamond, and any questions they had to meet my requirements. They helped me with concerns over price, ring size, diamond size, and the design itself all over email and phone. I constantly felt as though I were in the store itself, which helped feel like I was not separated from this decision to buy an engagement ring. They assured me that if there were any issues with the size of the ring (too big/small on her finger) that they were more than able to make such simple alterations for free.

In addition, Woodbury Jewelers worked to help design a unique, matching wedding band for the finalized engagement ring per my request. Their creative team helped realize what I hoped my girlfriend would love.

Lastly, Woodbury Jewelers alleviated any concerns I had about receiving the ring via mail, as they helped me with the shipment process. Upon receiving the ring, I knew I had made the right choice.

Let me just say that when I proposed, my girlfriend (now fiancee) was completely shocked and emotional over how much time and thoughtful I had put into personalizing a design that she had loved, but wanted to be unique to her personality. The wedding band only heightened her excitement.

I would certainly shop at Woodbury Jewelers again in the future, in person or across the country, and may be back soon just to look for a wedding band for myself!

My bestie and I had such a wonderful time in your store trying on jewelry, it was so much fun! It's such a shame that jewelry stores generally seem too snooty for people to walk in and browse like they do in clothing stores, but not your jewelry store. My friend, who never buys jewelry even bought a piece because she felt so comfortable in your store. She wears it everyday and absolutely gushes about how special her necklace makes her feel.

I have to admit it was hard to decide on the pieces that I wanted to go home with, there were so many that caught my eye. The sparkle & the quality of the gems are at the highest level, & the range of elegant pieces to chunky styles was exciting to ogle at & try on too. I wear the rose gold polar bear pendant with diamonds so often, it's my go-to daily piece and the drop diamond earrings are my go-to for date night.

Thanks for being flexible with customizing some of the pieces, I was happily surprised about your openness to do so. Thanks also for working with my husband over email to buy me some surprise bling after the fact.
