David Beavis Fine Art - Park City Utah — Attraction in Park City

We purchased a beautiful piece of David's art. We choose the 70x52 Rolling Thunder.

This review has nothing to do with the actual art, which we love, but with the customer service we received. I give the artwork five stars and the gallery customer service one star, thus the three star rating.

I expect stellar customer service when I spend $7500 on a piece of artwork and we did not get it. We ordered our artwork on May 8th and were told it would be about four weeks to receive it. We never heard anything after we paid so we followed up. With some back and forth we were told it would be arriving. It took a total of seven weeks. The delivery company called and wanted to deliver it on a Friday and we were gone the whole day so we requested a different delivery day. We never heard back from them. So we called the gallery and were told it would be handled and we would get another call. We never heard anything so we called yet again and Tristen said, "they should have called you" but he hadn't followed up to make sure it happened. A handful of phone calls on our part finally paid off and our beautiful artwork arrived. It was much bigger and heavier than we'd anticipated so we decided to call the gallery to hire their professional installer to come and hang it for us. The person that answered said Tristen would call to get that scheduled. Two weeks later and we've heard nothing. We found someone through Black Goose for half the cost to hang it and don't plan to do business with this gallery again. When you walk in the front door you instantly know that you have walked into one of the premier galleries in Park City. As you walk through you will feel as though you have been invited to a Royal Feast. David's photographs will move you. If you spend the time to really view David's work you can almost feel the emotion he felt when he was on location and taking his masterpiece. Art should bring peace and joy to the soul, calm and fullness to the heart. David's work does all that and more. In just the short time I was there I saw two visitors moved to tears (I am not exaggerating). The gallery and David's photographs are that impressive. David Beavis is one of the best photographers in the world. You will certainly love his photography. He is one of the two best in Park City, and I dare say one of the 5-10 best...

I want to share with you my experience with The David Beavis Fine Art Gallery. I purchased a large print (32x80) called Running Free on 2/29/20 and received it at my home soon thereafter. It came damaged and I called my consultant Victoria Wyatt(wonderful and sweet person) immediately and she informed me that the Gallery will make it right. Elsa Dooling Operations Director stepped in to handle this situation. I have been buying art work for a long time and have never had such poor customer service in my entire life!! She was awful!!
