Our visit to the I love moo turned into an absolute nightmare. We entered with high hopes, looking for egg-free options due to our sibling's severe egg allergy. Upon asking the employees about the ingredients, they confidently assured us that everything was egg-free, and we proceeded to purchase their ice cream product.
To our shock and dismay, moments after our sibling consumed the ice cream, they experienced a severe allergic reaction, resulting in vomiting due to the hidden presence of eggs in the supposedly egg-free treat. This careless misrepresentation by the store employees put our sibling's health at serious risk, and we are deeply upset and angered by their negligence.
The lack of proper ingredient disclosure is unacceptable, especially when dealing with severe allergies. The ice cream store should have been more cautious and responsible in ensuring their products were safe for customers with dietary restrictions.
Moreover, the overall customer service left much to be desired. Instead of showing genuine concern and remorse for their error, the employees seemed indifferent to the situation, making us feel like they didn't take our sibling's health seriously.
As a result of this distressing experience, we will never return to this ice cream store and strongly advise others with allergies to stay away. Trust and honesty are crucial when it comes to handling food allergies, and this establishment failed miserably in providing a safe and enjoyable experience for...
Read moreWhile the ice cream is good, the customer service is not. When I went in, I thought there was nobody working in the restaurant. I was wrong. The two teenagers working were sitting on the ground, behind the counter. After I gave my order, one of the teenagers scooped the ice cream, while the other just sat at the cash register on her phone. I thought this was rude, but it was even ruder when she didn't get off of it. She rang me up with one hand, while she played a marijuana farming game on her phone in the other. She was tapping the screen on her phone throughout the entire exchange. It was clear to me that they did not like working there and that they didn't care about the customers. She thought her phone was more important than anything else. The phone wasn't the only problem with the interaction. She also talked to me as if I had interrupted her while doing something extremely important. She spoke like she was fed up with me. At the very least, she could have tried to pretend to be enthusiastic and friendly. Her cold attitude and her rude phone use during the transaction, along with being on the dirty floor before handling food, makes this a...
Read moreWhile the ice cream was good, the experience was ruined by the attitude of the staff. I asked for a one scoop each of two different flavors with hot fudge. An easy enough order in my mind. I was watching the young lady scooping my ice cream. She just kept getting the first flavor. I asked her once if she was doing a single scoop of the first, I was ignored. Then I mentioned again that I only wanted one scoop of that flavor and a single of the other. She was visibly irritated I had reminded her. After she managed to scoop the second flavor she started to hand it to me. I asked politely for the hot fudge I'd mentioned in my original order. The young lady rolled her eyes and turned around to the condiment bar. Slammed a double scoop cup onto the bar and flumped the ice cream into smashed the hot fudge dispenser once and handed me my ice cream. I thanked her and received"ya sure".
To summarize if you want decent ice cream and don't mind poor service this...
