Truly a horrible atmosphere brought to me by Fay. As soon as I walked in, They gave a dry "Hi how are you", did not wait for a full reply, and then very greedily asked for my ID. I AM 42' OLD ENOUGH TO BUY TABACO) I asked what's that all about? then explained that it makes for a pretty bad first impression when you walk in. So "Fay" explained to me in a very rude manner how it's the county's fault that she is lacking in Customer Service Soft Skills. She also very rudely defended herself and her stance, saying "I am not going to jail for any customer". I understand that you have to make sure you get the ID, but you can approach it better. I am a customer service manager, and if one of my employees treated my customer like that, with no warm greeting. She would be fired and never given a reference to work in anything retail or customer-facing again. On top of everything, they charge almost $5.00 more for my vape juice here than all others charge in SLC. They will never be able to overcharge me again, because I would never like to be treated like my business doesn't matter again when going to make a purchase. They always make sure that you are having the best experience and the best set-up for you! they always make you feel welcomed! I remember one time I wasn't having the best day and Beau and DJ pulled me to the side and asked about what happened and they helped me through my hard time. The thing is that they did not even have to do that! It is just how much they care about the people that come through their doors! Every time I walk in Olivia , it makes me feel super super uncomfortable. She is looking at me like she wants my number. Also, without Olivia not even knowing me, she tells me that she is a felon. It is quite rude when she sells me the wrong pods and I try and go back to get new ones she just says buy new ones with no discount of any kind and just gives me such a hard time about it. And this isn't the first time she sold me the wrong pods. Also when I bought a new device from this store 2 weeks later it Malfunctions and the same issue occurred "buy a new vape" they are just here to sell you overpriced Items that break and they don't have a good Return Policy in any shape or from nor willing to help. As well I later found out that they will keep your information from your drivers license after scanning it immediately as soon as you walk in the door after telling you that they dont keep your information because its unlawful...
