I originally went through the drive-thru, I ordered a vegetarian burrito and a regular grilled chicken burrito off the two for six menu. About a third into her burrito, my colleague realized there was chicken on the veggie burrito. We turned around for a replacement. I had to go into the store because the drive-thru line was very long. There were several customers in front of me and while waiting I was watching the employees in the back. The person preparing the Mills, a woman, was doing an excellent job? I was actually really impressed with her portions and her area being as clean as it was for a prep area! Unfortunately, while waiting for my corrected order, I watched the young man at the front pick up french fries from the counter and eat them. These french fries were sitting on the counter next to his register. I assume he scoops the fries before handing them off to customers. He was the young man in the window that day. At no point did this young man wash his hands, put on gloves, or wipe down the remaining crumbs after eating the fallen fries. He continued to walk around the back, touching counters, sliding his hands around on the tables and the register area, after he had just been putting fries in his mouth. I didn't originally plan on saying something, but he made a comment joking about me losing my appetite over the meat in the burrito. Which honestly wasn't a joke, in my opinion. It was just rude. I told him, I had lost my appetite while watching him eat fries off the counter. And that when handling food he should wash his hands. He initially tried to denied the incident but I gave him further details about what he had been eating and where I saw him doing it and he quickly apologized. I was handed a burrito but after that, it had completely lost its appeal to both my colleague and myself. Watching the employee walk around eating things off The counter, not washing hands, touching counters after, and that young man at the register is supposed to be handing food to the customers. I tried to take my complaint to manager but I was told that there was no manager number and they didn't have a card for the GM in the area. I will not be returning to this del Taco. I would not advise eating at this del Taco. I've worked in Park City for over 12 years. This was disgusting. I've worked in Park City for over 12 years. This...
Read moreMy experience was great until I commented both to the in-store manager and general manager or store owner who called me later about the play area. The entry to the play-set was filthy with food and stains and an awful smell. My daughter commented the inside smelled like feces. The in-store manager thanked me and walked off after telling me the set gets cleaned twice a month. When I commented to the person who called about the regularity of cleaning they said both the manager and I were wrong and explained how the set is cleaned daily then tried to hang up on me. (One odd thing in the interaction with both representatives was the constant question, was there a problem with the food? Their approach appeared to as they were more concerned with the quality of the food than the sanitary condition of the playset.) Regretfully I didn't take pictures to prove my point. However, as a weekly customer of Del Taco I am deeply concerned by the lack of professionalism and regular cleaning of this facility. This location is marked off my list. Not that my lack of business will impact how they choose to maintain their facility, I do encourage any and all parents look over the play-set before letting your...

So we called back and the supposed manger said he was their this morning and he personally made our order. We told him that our 4 burritos had bbq sauce on them he insisted we were lying 🤥. When we asked for a refund he asked if we still had the 4 breakfast burritos we expaind we where just passing through Park City and no we didn't eat the bbq sauce burritos 🤢. He then insisted we had to send photos to prove we were not lying. So then we asked him why the young man who answered the phone said management wasn't in, but the GM insisted he was there then he started ranting about how he doesn't have to explain evey min of his day. So we asked for a refund again and he brought up a email and said we had to send pictures of our order even tho I was 3...
